Abstract

The heart of higher education is an idiom that is often pinned to libraries because of the large role of libraries as a place to find and obtain valid and relevant information. In addition, the library also serves as a lifelong learning place. Thus, the library is mandated by the state through Law Number 43 of 2007 in order to be able to provide rights in accessing and obtaining information in a balanced, equal and even manner based on the needs of its users, both physically healthy users and users who are declared persons with difables. Thus, even people with difables can feel the library as the heart of higher education and as a first solution in overcoming problems related to their higher education.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained from interviews with difables students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga is able to act as the heart of higher education for disabled students, in terms of implementation and implementation of objectives, functions, completeness of learning resources, equality and evenness in accessing and obtaining information, procurement of adaptive facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research is a feasibility study in the APMD Digital library using the Kubuku E-Resources application based on the PIECES framework analysis model outlined in 6 focus analysis of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency and Service. PIECES framework can be used to determine the pros and cons of the application, so that it can serve as a reference in decision making to subscribe to the application in the following year or vice versa. In this study used quantitative descriptive methods. Data is obtained using questionnaires and data analysis using Likert scales. The results showed that the average value of the feasibility level of the APMD library to subscribe to the Kubuku E-Resources application as a Digital library reached 3.73 or with a decent predicate.

Abstract

Abstract: In the hadith,  Rasulullah SAW had advocated for Muslims to help each other and facilitate the difficulties faced by other Muslims. The hadith can be reflected in various activities in the library. In this casemore focused on reference services in the college library. In harmony with the hadith, that reference services can also solve various difficulties faced by the user and facilitate any difficulties experienced by the user. Reflexes of hadith on library activities, especially in reference services in the library, in this article are reviewed using the library study method. Thus, the reflexity between the two will be analyzed using various literature related to the topic.The purpose of this study is to know how the implementation of the hadith reflection and to know the impact given by the implementation of the hadith reflection on the quality of reference services in helping meet of the information needs of the users in the college. Abstrak: Di dalam hadits, Rasulullah SAW telah menganjurkan kepada umat islam agar saling membantu dan memudahkan kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh muslim lainnya. Hadits tersebut dapat direfleksikan ke dalam berbagai kegiatan di perpustakaan. Dalam hal ini lebih difokuskan kepada pelayanan referensi di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Selaras dengan hadits tersebut, bahwasanya layanan referensi juga dapatmenyelesaikan berbagai kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh pemustaka dan memudahkan setiap kesulitan yang dialami oleh pemustaka. Refeleksi hadits terhadap kegiatan perpustakaan, khususnya pada layanan referensi di perpstakaan, dalam artikel ini dikaji menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Sehingga, refleksitas diantara keduanya akan dianalisis menggunakan berbagai literatur yang terkait dengan topik tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana refleksi hadits terhadap kualitas pelayanan referensi dan untuk mengetahui dampak yang diberikan oleh pengimplementasian refleksi hadits terhadap kualitas pelayanan referensi dalam membantu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka di perguruan tinggi.
