Abstract

Effective implementation of the development of agribusiness, rural (PUAP) will work properly if supported by both the human resources, the effectiveness of PUAP aims to improve the social economic community in the village Sikijang, but there are several factors inhibiting the implementation of PUAP so that execution was not in accordance with the rules as well as the implementation of the previously agreed upon. The research objective yaiti first, to find out how the effectiveness of the policy PUAP (Rural Agribusiness Development) in the village of Sikijang District of Logas Tanah Darat Regency Kuantan Singingi Year 2008-2015, Second to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of policies PUAP (Rural Agribusiness Development) in 208-2015. this type of research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The location of this research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The location of this research was conducted at the sub-district Sikijang Logas Tanah Darat Singingi Kuantan District. Data was collected by means of the Impforman and direct observation. While the analysis of data using qualitative methods to analyze data used logic argument based on the data obtained in the field by developing facts and data from imformasi. The results of the research that is done to the group Gapoktan Light farmer in the village of Sikijang in view of the target realization of the loan, the reach of the loan, the percentage of arrears indicates lack of effective Dana PUAP distributed to group members Cahaya Tani village Sikijang, when seen from a limiting factor based on the Minister of Agriculture No: 16 / Permentan / OT. 140/2/2008. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning Mathematics of fifth-grade students in SDN Gendongan 01. The hypothesis of this research is that the implementation of differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' critical thinking skills in learning Mathematics of fifth-grade students in SDN Gendongan 01. This research is classroom action research with research subjects of 27 students. Research procedures include pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. Data collection methods include interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis of research data. The research results show that the implementation of differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning Mathematics of fifth-grade students in SDN Gendongan 01. This can be seen from students' critical thinking abilities which have increased from pre-cycle conditions with a completion percentage of 26% in the very low category, cycle I with a completion percentage of 44% in the low category and at the end of cycle II to 81% in the high category. Based on the results of this classroom action research, it can be concluded that the implementation of differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning Mathematics of fifth-grade students in SDN Gendongan 01. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 SDN Gendongan 01. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 SDN Gendongan 01. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 27 siswa. Prosedur penelitian meliputi pra siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 SDN Gendongan 01. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang meningkat dari kondisi pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan 26% dengan kategori sangat rendah, siklus I dengan persentase ketuntasan 44% dalam kategori rendah dan pada kondisi akhir siklus II menjadi 81% dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 SDN Gendongan 01.
