Abstract

Makalah ini menggunakan metode kuasa invers dengan shift. Metode kuasa invers dengan shift merupakan suatu metode untuk mengaproksimasi nilai eigen tak dominan dan vektor eigennya dari suatu matriks. Nilai eigen dikatakan tak dominan jika ada salah satu nilai mutlak terkecil dari nilai mutlak eigen lainnya. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu nilai eigen tak dominan dari matriks semi definit adalah 0. Pada matriks indefinit diperoleh nilai eigen tak dominan adalah -0,5828 . Nilai shift sangat bepengaruh terhadap nilai eigen tak dominan yang dihasilkan. Semakin nilai shift mendekati nilai eigen tak dominan, maka hampiran nilai eigen tak dominan semakin mendekati nilai eigen tak dominan yang eksak. Sehingga lebih baik jika nilai shift yang diperkirakan sangat mendekati nilai eigen tak dominan.

Abstract

In Islamic inheritance law, it is a law derived from the Qur'an where the truth of the teachings or theories is absolutely true because it is a revelation from God. Islamic inheritance law in general theory is a law conveyed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be applied and made law by mankind. In legal philosophy it is said that the law is for humans, in Islam the Islamic inheritance law is absolute because it has been regulated in it. Problems arise in its application in society, especially in terms of the rights and acquisition of the second wife, third wife and fourth wife. There is discrimination in the distribution of inheritance that violates existing rules and provisions and there is a mental attitude that does not or is reluctant to carry out and follow the provisions of Islamic inheritance law regarding the acquisition and inheritance rights of the second wife, third wife or fourth wife.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed many aspects of people's lives, including in terms of social justice. On the one hand, digitalization opens up access to information and accelerates global connectivity. However, on the other hand, various serious challenges have emerged in law enforcement. Inequality in access to technology, algorithmic bias, and the rise of cybercrime are the main issues that test the resilience of the current legal system. This paper aims to explore how the law can play an effective and responsive role in maintaining social justice in the digital era. With a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this article presents an analysis of various current academic literature discussing law, social justice, and technology. The results show that the legal system must be able to adapt quickly, not only at the regulatory level, but also in institutional structures and community participation. The role of society is key to building inclusive and sustainable digital justice. Therefore, law in the digital era is not enough to be just a set of rules, but must be a tool for social empowerment that is able to respond to the dynamics of the times without abandoning the values ​​of justice. Collaboration between stakeholders and strengthening digital literacy are important elements in creating a digital space that is fair for all.
