Abstract

PIK-R is a program from the government which is a means and a place to provide information about youth. This PIK-R is one of the programs implemented in the Kampung KB where the Kampung KB itself is an area unit at the village or kelurahan level with certain criteria in its formation where there is an integrated family planning population program and family development that aims to improve the quality of life of the community. Adolescents in this clan village have the opportunity to explore topics around youth such as adolescent health that discuss dangerous risks faced by adolescents ranging from sexuality, HIV nad AIDS nad then life skills to family planning for teenagers. Teenagers in this village are expected to be a pioneer in the creation of good and tough teens for future generations. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents to this PIK-R program and find out what factors influence the level of knowledge of adolescents. The theory used in this research is the theory of knowledge level. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive type. The population and sample in this study were all adolescents who took part in the PIK-R activities in these two kb villages. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. Data collection is done by field observations and questionnaires. The analysis is done by means of descriptive statistics by describing the data obtained. The results of this study concluded that as many as (100%) of respondents were at the know level, then as many as (81.1%) at the comprehension level, (79.8%) at the application level, (52.8%) at the analysis level, (40.2%) at the synthesis level and the highest level was evaluation at (35.8%).    Keywords: The Level of Knowledge, PIK-R, Adolescents, Kampung KB

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was carried out to determine the effect of additional eel tailed catfish (Paraplotosus albilabris) protein concentrate on the quality of kemojo cakes. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) non-factorial with four treatment levels, which was the additional eel tailed catfish protein concentrate into kemojo cakes: without eel tailed catfish protein concentrate (P0), 5% of eel tailed catfish protein concentrate (P1), 10% of eel tailed catfish protein concentrate (P2), 15% of eel tailed catfish protein concentrate (P3). The treatment was 3 replicated, so there were 12 units of experimental units. The result of the study based on organoleptic tested, it was indicated that an additional 10% of eel tailed catfish protein concentrate in kemojo cakes (P2) was the best treatment with the value of appearance 6.95, flavor 7.35, texture 7.32, and taste 7.24. Based on the proximate analysis that P2 treatment contained water, ash, protein, and fat content of 5,97%, 1.93%, 15.42%, and 11.28%, respectively. Keywords: kemojo cakes, eel tailed catfish, fish protein concentrate

Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. The phenomenon that occurs can be seen from the financial reports. Profits and losses from 2018-2022 tend to increase. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of the company's financial reports and financial performance. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data sources. The data collection technique used is literature study, online data browsing and documentation. The research results show that the percentage generated for the profit and loss financial report on net income for the 2018-2019 period tends to increase, whereas in 2019-2020 it decreased, then in 2021-2022 it increased. The cost of revenue for the 2018-2019 period tends to increase, while in 2019-2020 it decreases, then in 2021-2022 it increases. Gross profit for the 2018-2020 period tends to decrease and for the 2021-2022 period there is an increase. Furthermore, operating profit in the 2018-2020 period decreased and in the 2021-2022 period it increased. This increase was due to the increase in mining service costs and royalty costs after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) has brought significant changes to the global financial system, including in Indonesia. One of the most rapidly growing innovations is crowdfunding, a public-based funding mechanism conducted through digital platforms. This study aims to explain the role of crowdfunding as a tool to enhance financial literacy and inclusion in the digital era. The research employs a qualitative descriptive literature study approach, utilizing academic references, OJK reports, and case studies of Indonesian crowdfunding platforms such as KitaBisa, GandengTangan, and Bizhare. The results indicate that crowdfunding functions not only as an alternative financing source but also as an educational medium that strengthens public understanding of financial transparency, risk management, and social responsibility. Furthermore, crowdfunding promotes financial inclusion by providing access to capital for underserved groups outside the formal banking system. Therefore, crowdfunding plays a strategic role in fostering an inclusive, transparent, and participatory financial ecosystem.
