Abstract

Sales promotion is a seriesof actions to get the attention of consumers and provide stimulus to prospective customers. Integrative designed to promote and offer items that are considered by customers differ in important and unique to them. This research was conducted at CV. Tri Star Kencana Bangkinang Kampar District, the objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of the campaign carried out by CV. Tri Star Kencana Bangkinang and to know the problems found by using quantitative descriptive data analysis and several theories about the implementation of sales promotion. The indicators used in this study are real, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity as a measure implementing sales promotion on the CV. Tri Star Kencana Kampar District.Data collection techniques done with interviews and questionnaires. Sampling was done by accidental sampling by chance. The data source is devided into two, namely: primary data, obtained from the documents of the company as well as the organizational structureof the company CV. Tri Star Kencana Kampar District. The results showed that the implementation of sales promotion in CV. Tri Star Kencana categorized quite good.Keyword: Marketing Mix, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Publicity

Abstract

Character has a crucial role in maintaining the existence of a nation in the eyes of the world. Even though efforts have been made to instill the values of character education, the hope that young students from among students have good emotional intelligence is actually broken by deviant phenomena that still often occur. Responding that more efforts are needed beyond formal education in instilling character education values, this progressive era has paved the way for students to easily recognize and absorb character education values from various media. Novel is part of literature which also aims to educate people's lives. One novel that contains character education values and is considered to have a positive impact on instilling character values among adolescents is the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi Ekowati. This type of research is library research (library research). The data collection technique that the authors use in this study uses the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel there are values of character education including religious values, fond of reading, independence, hard work, creativity, and tolerance. The relevance of character education values in the lives of today's youth can be found in family, school and community life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on financial performance in manufacturing sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is quantitative research method with multiple linear regression equation model. The results of the study show that Corporate Social Responsibility has a t-count of 2.538415 with coefficient value The regression of the Corporate Social Responsibility variable (X1) is 0.179732. The significance value of Corporate Social Responsibility is 0.0247 which means that Corporate Social Responsibility shows a positive and significant influence on Financial Performance. Good Corporate Governance (X2) obtained a t-count of 2.782864. The significance value is 0.0405 which means > α = 0.05 (5%). This shows that Good Corporate Governance (X2) has a significant influence on Financial Performance manufacturing sector for the 2018-2022 period. The test results show that there is a simultaneous influence between Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance. Based on the results of the F-test, namely 34.28565 using a significance level of 95%, a = 5%. The significance value (sig) is 0.002798 or < α = 5% (0.05) which means that there is a significant influence of the independent variables, namely Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance, together or simultaneously on the dependent variable, namely the Financial Performance of the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period
