Abstract

Pelajaran ekonomi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang dipelajari di SMAN 1 Baitussalam. Setiap tahunnya diadakan ujian. Ujian semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dilakukan dengan ujian tertulis dalam bentuk soal pilihan berganda. Penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Tingkat Kesukaran Soal Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI IPS-2 Sma Negeri 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesukaran soal dan daya beda soal pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di SMAN 1 Baitussalam. Dalam penelitian digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Baitussalam yang mengikuti test ujian semester ganjil. Sedangkan sampelnya ialah siswa kelas XI/IS-2 yang terdiri dari 34 siswa. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik dokumentasi . Untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan, penelitian ini menggunakan rumus untuk mencari tingkat kesukaran soal dan rumus DP = untuk menghitung daya pembeda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis soal buatan guru mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI/IS-2 SMA N 1 Banda Aceh jika ditinjau dari tingkat kesukarannya, butir-butir soal tergolong sedang atau cukup. Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa dari 40 butir soal terdapat 3 (7,5%) soal tergolong sukar, 24 (60%) soal tergolong sedang dan 13 (32,5%) tergolong mudah. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari daya beda soal, dapat dikatagorikan cukup (sedang). Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis 40 butir soal, menunjukkan 10 (25%) tergolong kategori jelek, 17 (42,5%) dan soal termasuk katagori cukup, 12 (30%) berkatagori baik dan hanya 1 (2,5%) soal yang tergolong katagori baik sekali.

Abstract

The research entitled "Student Perceptions on Teacher Competence in Economic Learning at State Senior High School 13 Banda Aceh" aims to see how the students' perceptions of teacher competence, especially in the field of pedagogic. The population of this study is all students of IPS which amounted to 26 students, while the sample in this study is the entire population, so this study is a population study (total sampling) and the approach done in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research type. Technique of collecting data in this research is done by library research, preliminary observation and spreading of questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis using simple statistic that is percentage (%) and average (Mx). Based on the results of the study showed that, understanding of the students is categorized very well with an average value of 4.18, effective communication with learners is categorized very well with an average value of 4.22 curriculum development categorized good 3.88, the implementation of learning that educate And dialogically categorized very well with the average score 4.31, master the theory of learning is categorized very well with the average value 4.44, evaluation of learning outcomes is categorized very well denagan average value 4.26, and the development of learners to actualize Various potentials are categorized very well with an average value of 4.43.

Abstract

Customer loyalty reflects a customer’s commitment to repurchase products or services. This study analyzes the influence of price and service quality on customer loyalty at Alkautsar Grong-Grong Coffee Shop. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 80 respondents determined by the Slovin formula (5% error margin) from a population of 100 customers. Data analysis involved classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that price significantly affects customer loyalty with t-value 4.802 > t-table 1.99125 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality also significantly affects loyalty with t-value 5.510 > t-table 1.99125 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, price and service quality influence loyalty with F-value 20.862 > F-table 3.12 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The R² value of 0.334 (33.4%) indicates that customer loyalty is explained by price and service quality, while 66.6% is influenced by other factors. Thus, competitive pricing and superior service quality enhance customer loyalty.
