Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu kegiatan awal dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran adalah merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang mengacu pada suatu model agar memudahkan belajar. Perancangan pembelajaran dapat dijadikan titik awal upaya perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran. Ini berarti bahwa perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran haruslah diawali dari perbaikan kualitas desain pembelajaran, dan merancang pembelajaran dengan pendekatan sistem. Hendaknya dalam pembuatannya dipadupadankan dengan metode dan juga model yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik agar pembelajaran lebih bermakna (meaning full). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan dengan tujuan: (1)mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran dan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan LKM dalam model discovery learning dan metode ceramah; (2) menelaah proses jawaban mahasisa yang diajar dengan menggunakan LKM dalam model discovery learningdan metode ceramah; (3) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berupa LKM berbasis discovery learning yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran dan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa matematika.Kata kunci: Discovery Learning, Metode Ceramah, LKM

Abstract

The article was written as a response to the fact that the quality of mathematic teaching and learning is still relatively low. Teachers play an important role in determining the quality of education, because teachers are in the frontline of the whole education process. This article offers a solution so that teachers are aware of the importance of the understanding of management in the teaching plan. Based on theoretical study concerning the management application in the development of mathematic lesson plan and the Government Regulation No 14/2005 article 8 as well as the statute of the Directorate of Teaching Profession, the presence of lesson plan in every process of teaching and learning is required by the system and is a part of learning management.

Abstract

Problem in this research was not to achieve the realization of production in the last 4 years, the number of employees of the production are absent due to illness as well as high employee turnover akngka. As for the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the stress of work and the performance of the production section and the employee knowing the effect of work stress on performance of employees part production at PT. Cider fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District. Data collection through the kusioner of 78 employees part production. Results of the study to stress employee part production has not been so good or has a fairly high level of stress in the work. For the performance of the production employees judged already, but there is still a shortage-keurangan-especially in terms of the work which is not good. Results of the analysis with SPSS programme, obtained the results that the free variables that work stress (X) have a very strong relationship to Employee Performance is variable (Y)Keywords: job stress, employee performance, PT Sari fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District
