<![CDATA[The study, titled "Profile Activities Student Class VIII-3 On the Application of Cooperative Learning Model Material STAD Vibrations and Waves in MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh" This raised the question of how the activity profile of student learning in terms of learning outcomes and learning processes. This study aims to determine the activity profile of student learning, teacher and student activity, teacher's ability to manage learning, as well as the students' response to the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. The subjects were students of class VIII-3 MTsN Rukoh academic year 2015/2016 totaling 36 students. The approach taken in this research is descriptive statistical approach where the data obtained are then processed using statistical methods and explain again using the word. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK). Research data collection instruments that test, the observation sheet activities of teacher and student, teacher observation sheet capabilities, and student response sheet. The research data were analyzed using percentage test. The results of data analysis showed activity profile students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor VIII-3 MTsN Rukoh increased, the activities of teachers and students in the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD also increased, the ability of teachers to manage learning using cooperative learning model STAD show an increase in a row from the first cycle to the third cycle, and the students' response to cooperative learning model STAD for three cycles is positive. Since the model of STAD cooperative learning can enhance students' learning activities in the material vibrations and waves, it is recommended to be used for other relevant material.Keyword :Profile, Student activity, Cooperatif Learning, STAD Penelitian yang berjudul “Profil Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII-3 Pada Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Materi Getaran dan Gelombang di MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh” ini mengangkat masalah bagaimanakah profil aktivitas belajar siswa yang ditinjau dari segi hasil belajar dan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil aktivitas belajar siswa, aktivitas guru dan siswa, kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, serta respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-3 MTsN Rukoh tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan statistik deskriptif dimana data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan metode statistik dan dijelaskan kembali menggunakan kata. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu tes, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan kemampuan guru, dan lembar respon siswa. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan profil aktivitas belajar siswa ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor kelas VIII-3 MTsN Rukoh mengalami peningkatan, aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD juga mengalami peningkatan, kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD menunjukkan peningkatan secara berturut-turut dari siklus I hingga siklus III, dan respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD selama tiga siklus adalah positif. Berhubung model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi getaran dan gelombang, maka disarankan agar dapat digunakan untuk materi lainnya yang relevan.Kata kunci : Profil, aktivitas belajar siswa, Model pembelajaran kooperatif , STAD ]]>
