<![CDATA[Program desa berwawasan pendidikan adalah program untuk meningkatkan sumber daya aparatur desa yangagamis, sehat, cerdas, terampil, mandiri dan professional; meningkatnya peran serta dan partisipasi masyarakatterhadap kegiatan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dansumber daya alami demi meningkatnya taraf hidup dan kemakmuran masyarakat serta mengurangi kesenjangansosial, ekonomi budaya dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi ProgramDesa Berwawasan Pendidikan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Sidayu Kabupaten Gresik. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajiandata dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti dengan menggunakan teori George C. Edward IIIbahwa implementasi program desa berwawasan pendidikan ini sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masihditemukan kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Terkait dengan komunikasi yaitu pihak pelaksana program ini melaluisosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait dengan program desa. Terkait dengan sumber daya dalam pelaksanaanprogram secara kualitassudah memadai melihat penempatan pelaksanaan program sudah sesuai seperti pelaksanaprogram dan pengawas lapangan, kemudian terkait dengan disposisi sudah baik dari penujukkan pihak pelaksanadan petugas pengawasan lapangan yang bertanggungjawab dengan dibentuknya kelompok kerja. Terkait denganstruktur organisasi dengan dikeluarkannya SK Kepala Desa Sidomulyo nomor 470/027/473.112.06/II/2015.Kesimpulan dari peneliti masih terdapat kendala pada sumberdaya terkait dengan fasilitas dan sumber dayamanusia yang kurang memadai. This research method uses a descriptive method with aqualitative approach. The data technique used was observation, interview and documentation. The data analysistechnique was carried out by studying the data, data reduction, data presentation and reports. The results of theresearch obtained by researchers using the theory of George C. Edward III show that the implementation of thevillage program with an educational perspective has gone well, but is still being found in its implementation.Related to communication, namely the implementer of this program through socialization to the communityrelated to the village program.
