Referring to the Construct Career Theory, this study aims to measure the effect of psychological capital, career competency and career adaptability. The sample used in this study was the State-owned enterprises banking frontliners in the city of Banda Aceh, totaling 225 respondents. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Path analysis is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Path analysis, it indicates that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and career adaptability. In addition, career adaptability has a positive impact on career competency. In this connection, career adaptability mediates the relationship between psychological capital and career competency.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee empowerment on achievement motivation and the contextual performance of employees. The emprical study conducted at employee PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri used a questionaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 100 respondent. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with census. Methods simple linear regression is used a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These result indicate that the employee empowerment positive and significant impact on achievement motivation, employee empowerment have a postitive and significant effect on contextual performance.Keywords : Employee empowerment, achievemernt motivation, contextual performance

This study aims to determine the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding with moral disengagement as the moderator. Empirical study was conducted on hotel employees at 7 hotels in Kota Banda Aceh using questionnaires as the research instruments. Probability Sampling is used as sampling method with Proportional Random Sampling technique. MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method was used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The result of this research shows that workplace bullying has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement moderates the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Calling on Job Satisfaction on nurses, to analyze the effect of Calling on Organizational Instrumentality on nurses at the Aceh Mental Hospital. The sample used in this study amounted to 135 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved is Hirerarchical Linear Modeling (HLM). Based on the results of the HLM analysis, indicating that Calling has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Calling has a positive effect on Organizational Instrumentality, Organizational instrumentality has a positive effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Instrumentality mediates the relationship of Calling on Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to measure the effect of Social Support to Academic Achievement and Emotional Exhaustion with Self-Esteem as a mediating variable in S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsyiah. The sample used in this study was S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsyiah, participating in 246 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is probability sampling.Causal step is used as an analytical method to find the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal step analysis, Associated with Positive Social Support on Academic achievement, Social Support have a negative effect on Emotional Exhaustion, Social Support positifly influence to Self-Esteem, Self-Esteem positifly influence Academic Achievement , Self-Esteem negatifly influence to Emotional Exhaustion, Self-esteem mediates with a partial relationship of Social Support to Academic Achievement and Self-esteem mediates with a partial relationship of Social Support to Emotional Exhaustion.

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of personality to career enggagement with career adaptability as a mediating. The emprical study conducted at student of Syiah Kuala University used a questionaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 155 respondent. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with Proportionate Random Sampling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These result indicate that the personality positive and significant impact on creer enggagement, personality significantly and positively related to career adaptability, career adaptability have a positive and significant effect on career enggagement and in addition showed that the career adaptability mediate effect on personality to career enggagement.Keywords : Personality, Career Adaptability and Career Enggagement

This study aims to investigate the influence of social exchange perception that mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction. The sample used in this study were the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Probability random sampling was used as the sampling technique. The method of analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that perceptions of organizational politics influence on job satisfaction, perceptions of organizational politics influence not significant the perceptions of social exchange, social exchange perceptions effect on job satisfaction. Additionally result that social exchange perceptions not mediates the influence on perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction at the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. This research aims to know the influence of training employee to service quality with organizational commitment as variables mediating on employee and patients Cut Meutia Regional General Hospital, North Aceh District, Aceh. This research method using the questionnaire as an instrument of research. Saturation Sampling and purposive sampling used as a sampling technique. Methods of analysis of the HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling) is used as a method of analysis to find out the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that employee training is positive and significant effect on service quality, employee training positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment positive and influential significantly to service quality, and employee training positive and significant effect to service quality that is mediated by organizational commitment.Keyword employee training, organizational commitment, Service quality.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leader support and co worker cooperation on job insecurity with occupational self-efficacy as a mediator. The indicators discussed in the Leader Support variable are 8 indicators, the indicators discussed in co worker cooperation are 4 indicators, in the job insecurity variable there are 4 indicators, and in the occupational self-efficacy variable there are 5 indicators. Data was obtained through a survey of 121 people as a representative sample of the research population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that leader support, co worker cooperation and occupational self-efficacy directly affect job insecurity. The results of the study also found that leader support had an effect on the mediator variable, namely occupational self-efficacy, so that occupational self-efficacy was able to become a mediator on the influence of the variable leader support and co worker cooperation on job insecurity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Intrinsik pada Karyawan Perbankan Syariah Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perbankan syariah yang berjumlah 102 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Regression Linear digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan, Etika Kerja Islam berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Intrinsik, Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan, dan Motivasi Intrinsik memediasi secara parsial hubungan Etika Kerja Islam terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan.
