Abstract

Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais adalah rumah sakit rujukan kanker nasional milik pemerintah pusat. Salah satu pelayanan non medis yang berperan dalam mencegah timbulnya infeksi nosokomial di Rumah Sakit adalah pelayanan laundry. Selama ini untuk proses administrasi pelayanan di unit laundry rumah sakit kanker dharmais masih menggunakan kegiatan manual. Transaksi untuk data laporan pencucian linen masih menggunakan Ms. Excel sehingga untuk melakukan pencarian data mengalami kesulitan dan membutuhkan proses yang lama. Sistem informasi diperlukan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja serta mengurangi terjadinya human error. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ada sebanyak 4 (empat), yaitu metode observasi, studi pustaka, perancangan dan testing. Maka dengan adanya sistem informasi unit laundry berbasis web, dapat memberikan informasi yang valid dan menghasilkan laporan hasil pencucian laundry dengan baik dengan format laporan menjadi lebih rapi, dan keamanan data laundry yang terjamin. Kata kunci : Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais, Laundry, Linen, Laporan Cucian. Abstract Dharmais Cancer Hospital is a national cancer referral hospital owned by the central government. One of the non-medical services that plays a role in preventing the onset of nosocomial infections at the Hospital is a laundry service. So far, for the administration process of the service in the dharmais cancer hospital laundry unit still using manual activities. Transactions for linen washing report data still use Ms. Excel so that to do data search experience difficulties and require a long process. Information systems are needed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work and reduce the occurrence of human error. The research method used is 4 (four), namely the method of observation, literature study, design and testing. So with the web-based laundry unit information system, it can provide valid information and produce reports on laundry laundry results well with the report format becoming neater, and guaranteed data security laundry. Abstract

The background of this paper discusses the role of consumer perceptions of innovation a website as a factor influencing their evaluation of service quality, development of trust, loyalty and word of mouth behavior on the site. This study aims to answer the question the extent not experienced site service innovation evaluation of the influence of website quality, trust, loyalty and word of mouth. Therefore, to answer this question this study developed and tested a theoretical model that seeks to explain the perceived effects of site-service innovation on perceived e-service quality, trust, loyalty sites and word-of-mouth behavior in e-retail market space. The study design is based on valid responses werecollected from a questionnaire survey of 120 people located in Jakarta. The variables examined in this study using the Partial Least Squares (PLS), specifically PLS-IMAGE v.3.00 to assess the relevance of the predictions of the conceptual model, and test the hypothesis relationship as depicted in picture. Results showed that when an e-retail sites considered positive for providing an innovative experience more positive evaluations affect the overall perception of the quality of online services, high level of trust and loyalty websites and the positive side of the conversation behavior mouth. This study provides important implications for the delivery of online services and online branding, especially foronline retailers. Additional research is needed to see the impact of an innovation in online marketing by adding other variables that are considered important are associated with innovation.
