Abstract

This research was examined the influence of Firm Size, Firm Age, Independent Commisaries Board, Profitability And Leverageto CSR Disclosure. The population in this study are all BUMN Companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia in years 2013-2015. This research is included in quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from financial statement of the aforementioned BUMN Companies and data derived from the IDX fact book and Indonesian Capital Market Directory, sampling is done by the method of purposive sampling is the technique of sampling with certain considerations. The total sample in this study are 17 firms. These data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS Version 17. The results of this study showed that Firm Size affects CSR Disclosure with significant value 0,000, Firm Ageaffects CSR Disclosure with significant value 0,005, Independent Commisaries Boardaffects CSR Disclosure with significant value 0,035, Profitability affects CSR Disclosure with significant value 0,002 and Leverage affects CSR Disclosure with significant value 0,009. So the conclusion of this research is all hypothesis presented acceptable.Keywords : CSR Disclosure, Firm Size, Firm Age, Independent Commisaries Board, Profitability, Leverage

Abstract

Indonesia is located in a high seismic risk area, and past earthquakes have caused many death tolls due to building collapses. Therefore, evaluation of the seismic performance of existing buildings is critical to minimize the risk due to earthquake damage. This study is aimed to evaluate the seismic performance of a three-story flat house building in Padang city, Indonesia. The building was designed based on the older seismic design code SNI 1726:2012. Based on a previous study, if the structure is analyzed using the latest seismic design code SNI 1726:2019, the dynamic base shear force increases by about 20%. Therefore, further analysis needs to be conducted using pushover analysis. The pushover analysis results are capacity curve, displacement or drift, performance point, performance level, and plastic hinge mechanism of the building. The analysis results show that the performance level of the building after the pushover analysis in the x and y directions is immediate occupancy with the plastic hinged formed firstly at the end of the beam. This performance level means that the damage due to an earthquake is not so significant, and the stiffness of the building is almost the same as before the earthquake. This result is obtained because of the insignificant increase of the spectrum response parameter in SNI 1726:2019; therefore, the performance level of the building is not affected.

Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: windywulandr@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penyebab naiknya angka kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di Kota Malang serta untuk menganalisis bentuk perwujudan perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh P2TP2A Malang terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan empiris dengan hasil penelitian faktor penyebab naiknya jumlah angka kekerasan seksual di Kota Malang berdasarkan analisis penelitian yang dilakukan di P2TP2A Kota Malang mengungkapkan bahwa kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di Kota Malang sebenarnya bisa meningkat karena kesadaran hukum masyarakat meningkat, kesadaran dari orang tua terhadap fenomena kekerasan seksual, pandemi covid-19, dan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam upaya perwujudan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual, P2TP2A Kota Malang memberikan layanan pengaduan, rehabilitasi kesehatan, rehabilitasi sosial, bantuan hukum, pemulangan dan reintegrasi sosial terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual. Dalam penelitian ini, P2TP2A Kota Malang mengalami kendala dalam mewujudkan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual yaitu bocornya identitas anak korban ke publik sehingga anak korban dan keluarganya mendapatkan stigmatitasi dari lingkungan sekitarnya.Kata kunci: kekerasan seksual, anak korban, P2TP2A Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze the contributing factor to the rising incidence of sexual violence against children in Malang City and the realization of legal protection provided by One-Stop Service for Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (henceforth referred to as P2TP2A) Malang for children concerned. This research employed an empirical approach, discovering that the rising number of cases of sexual violence against children in Malang stemmed from low awareness among the members of the public and parents regarding this violence, covid-19 pandemic, and technological development. To protect young victims from sexual violence, the P2TP2A of Malang City provides services for people to express their grievances, health rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, legal aid, transfer, and social reintegration for the victims of the violence. The P2TP2A is facing problems in realizing the legal protection for the children as victims of sexual violence because the leak of the identity of the victims has given the victims and their families a stigma.Keywords: sexual violence, child as victim, P2TP2A
