Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and organizationalcommitment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were allemployees totaling 40 people. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Theresults of data analysis show that workload has a significant negative effect onemployee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no effect on employeejob satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention toworkload and organizational commitment. The organization is expected toimprove the level of workload and increase the organizational commitment thathas been implemented within the organization. Keywords: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, workdiscipline and motivation on employee performance. The location of this researchwas carried out at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. The population in the studyamounted to 44 people, because the total population was less than 100, the entirepopulation in the study was sampled using the census method. Data analysis inthis study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that jobsatisfaction has a significant effect, as well as work discipline has a significantinfluence and motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance atPT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the variables of job satisfaction,work discipline and motivation have a significant influence on employeeperformance variables. While the adjusted R Square value of 0.640 explains thatthe variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and motivation can affectemployee performance variables at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru by 64% whilethe remaining 36% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Motivation and Performan

Abstract

The development of technological and communication advances resulted in faster socialchange, humans raced to show the things they achieved and the lifestyles they adopted.One of them is the hedonistic lifestyle. The Hedonistic lifestyle is a lifestyle that isoriented only towards pleasure and enjoyment. A hedonistic lifestyle can lead toconsumptive behavior. Consumptive behavior is a consumption activity that is not basedon needs but on desire and satisfaction. Consumptive behavior makes changes toconsumption patterns make a person irrational or simply because of emotional factors.This research aims to find out the influence of Social Media Marketing, FinancialLiteracy and Self Control on Consumptive Behavior and Hedonistic Lifestyle on Studentsof the Faculty of Business Economics, University of Riau. The number of samples in thisstudy as many as 114 students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Riau University asrespondents with non-probability sampling techniques. The method used is ExplanatoryResearch. Based on the results of the study found that social media marketing variableshave a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Abstract

The manifestation of today's lifestyle is hanging out in coffee shops,especially young people who are dominated by generation Z. There are manyreasons someone spends time in coffée shop, in addition to consuming food anddrinks as well as to show it off on social media among young people. Referencegroups are very important points in shaping the buying behavior of Generation Z.Social media also makes it easier for coffee shop businessmen to carry outmarketing and promotional activities. This study aims to determined influencelifestyle, reference groups, and social media marketing have on purchasingdecisions and intention to repurchase coffee shops by Generation Z in PekanbaruCity. Primary data were collected by using a questionnaire as a researchinstrument. The study used 100 people who was Generation Z in Pekanbaru City.Technique sampling was used non-probability sampling technique. The methodused was Explanatory Research with data analysis test, classical assumption test,hypothesis testing and path analysis as data testing. The results of this studyindicate that lifestyle variables, reference groups, and social media marketingpartially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at coffee shops.Lifestyle variables, reference groups, and social media marketing have asignificant effect on repurchase intention through purchasing decisions at coffeeshops. Abstract

This research has the aim of determine the consumer satisfaction index andstrategies to improve the service quality of Café One Refinery Pekanbaru City.The population in this study includes all visitors to Café One Refinery PekanbaruCity, totaling 100 people. The sample was determined using purposive samplingmethod. In this study, the sample studied used a questionnaire. Hypothesis testingin this study uses CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) analysis and IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that the overall consumer satisfaction index given by CaféOne Refinery Pekanbaru City was "Very Satisfied" based on the results ofcalculations from the CSI method with a value of 85.91%. Based on the results ofthe calculation of the IPA method with a value of 97.77%. Then, the strategy toimprove the service quality of Café One Refinery Pekanbaru City is prioritized on3 indicators as follows: Locations that are easy to find (IPA-Indicator 1); Easyaccess to parking lots (IPA-Indicator 2); Presentation of orders in accordancewith the time promised (IPA- Indicator 18). Keywords: customers satisfaction, customers satisfaction index (csi), importanceperformance index (ipa)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Social Media Influencers andBrand Image on Purchase DecisionsforScarlett Whitening Products with Brand Trustas anIntervening Variable in Generation Z Pekanbaru City, either partially orsimultaneously.The population in this study were users of Scarlett Whitening productsin Pekanbaru City.The sampling technique used the lameshow formula with a total sample of 100 people. Thedata collection technique used a questionnaire in which theresearch method used was aquantitative method, this study used primary data with a path analysis model. The findingsof this study obtained the influence of social media influencers on brand trust andpurchasing decisions and the influence of brand image on brand trustand purchasingdecisions, while brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions forscarlett whiteningproducts. For indirect effects, it was found that there was an influence of social mediainfluencers on purchasing decisions through brand trust, andalso the influence of brandimage on purchasing decisions through brand trust. Key Words: Social Media Influencer, Brand image, Brand Trust, PurchasingDecisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the e-ServiceQuality provided by Shopee and to find out which Shopee service attributes needto be prioritized to improve and meet customer satisfaction. The variables used inthis study are the dimensions of e-Service Quality, which consist of; efficiency,system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, andcontacts. The method chosen in this research is the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) method, the e-Service Quality method, and the Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted on Shopee users who live inPekanbaru City, with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposivesampling method. Testing and data processing was carried out with the help ofSPSS 21 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the overall Shopee customersatisfaction index in Pekanbaru City based on the CSI calculation was "satisfied"with a value of 72.97%. Based on the overall e-Servqual calculation -0.32, whichmeans that the service quality from Shopee as a whole is not maximized. Based onthe results of the IPA calculation, 3 attributes need to be prioritized forimprovement or improvement (quadrant I). 10 attributes that need to bemaintained (quadrant II), 10 attributes that have low priority by the user(quadrant III), and 1 attribute that can be removed (quadrant IV). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, e-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)
