<![CDATA[The success of improving the learning outcomes of Madrasah Diniyah students can be influenced by the role of the madrasah head optimally in the learning process. Based on the result of the research by the writer using case study method to reveal the influence of the role of the madrasah head optimally in the learning process toward the improvement of learning result of the learner, it is found that the role can be realized in the form of the owner of ideals, motivator, supervisor, supervisor, adviser, , professional teachers, educators, and carers. In order for these roles to be effective, the headmaster should direct the teachers and learners by sharing their vision and participation, creating a conducive learning environment in a condition-friendly way, and maintaining the stability of the learning process by responding to every change, and dedicated through the work ethic , disciplined and productive. Thus, creating a conducive atmosphere and academic culture that ultimately also affect the change of students themselves, both in terms of academic and non academic. Academic change is characterized by increased knowledge, while in terms of non-academic is characterized by the skills of religious teachings. Keberhasilan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik Madrasah Diniyah dapat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala madrasah secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dalam mengungkap masalah pengaruh peran kepala madrasah secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik ditemukan bahwa peran tersebut dapat diwujudkan dalam bentuk sebagai pemilik cita-cita, motivator, supervisor, pengawas, penasihat, penengah, guru profesional, pendidik, dan penjaga. Supaya peran tersebut berjalan efektif, kepala madrasah harus memberi pengarahan kepada guru dan peserta didik dengan cara berbagi visi dan partisipasi, menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dengan cara cipta kondisi, dan menjaga stabilitas proses pembelajaran dengan cara merespon setiap perubahan, dan berdedikasi tinggi melalui etos kerja, disiplin dan produktif. Dengan begitu, terciptalah suasana kondusif dan budaya akademik yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh pula terhadap perubahan diri peserta didik, baik dari segi akademik maupun non akademik. Perubahan dari segi akademik ditandai dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan, sedangkan dari segi non akademik ditandai dengan keterampilan mengamalkan ajaran agama. ]]>
