Abstract

The growth of fungi can be influenced by nutrients is in the environment, With the additional two kinds of nutrients from sugar plant waste of molasses, and waste of the pepaya taken the filtrate. Both of these wastes contain sugar which is needed by fungal microorganisms to grow and reproduce. The fungus Aspergillus niger, Hansenulla sp, Trichoderma viride, and Candida sp have a synergy interaction in a media. This study aims to learn in the growth of fungal cell populations as cell masses in potato dextrose media with the addition of two kinds of nutrients. The method used in this study was a two-population mean test with 2 treatments, namely the first treatment with the addition of sugarcane drops, and the next with the addition of papaya fruit filtrate, consisting of 11 replications, with incubation for 3 days. The analysis used was the T test and the analysis results obtained were significant, which was shown from P> 0.05. The mass of fungi cells in the addition of nutrients from sugar factory waste was greater than that of papaya fruit filtrate waste

Abstract

Aspects of life that help each other can create harmonious relationships among human beings. Moreover, in the realm of education, infaq and alms can be useful to shape the social care character of students in helping and respecting each other with people who are more in need. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of collecting, distributing, and implementing the  Infaq and Alms Activities in Forming the Character of Social Care for Santri at the Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School Tlogomas Lowokaru Malang. Researchers conducted research using descriptive qualitative methods on all students who participated in infaq and alms activities at the Al-Barokah Tlogomas Islamic Boarding School Lowokwaru Malang, amounting to 110 students. Data analysis was carried out by reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that infaq and alms are structured and unstructured. As for structured activities, withdrawals are held every two weeks, while unstructured activities are carried out when there are sudden things about students and guardians of students and  donations for victims of natural disasters. Kata Kunci: Infaq dan Sedekah, Karakter, Peduli Sosial

Abstract

  Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen persediaan yang paling efektif pada Usaha Bakso Kalisongo. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti menganalisis secara kreatif  manajemen persediaan di Usaha Bakso Kalisongo Data hasil observasi , dan dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen persediaan pada Usaha Bakso Kalisongo belum optimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan minimnya persediaan yang ada, karena terdapat keterbatasan dalam mengelola persediaan. Untuk itu, peneliti menggunakan teknik safety stock, EOQ, dan ROP untuk menganalisis secara kreatif persediaan yang dapat menunjang pengelolaan persediaan secara efektif dan efisien.
