This study aims to determine the effect of raw materials, labor and capital on the wooden shipyard industrial production in Bagan Siapi Api, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of raw materials, labor and capital on the wooden shipyard industrial production in Bagan Siapi Api, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of the study was all 28 timber shipbuilding industry production business actors. The sampling technique in this study was a census in which the entire population was sampled, this is because the population was less than 100. Measurements carried out in this study were to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is found that labor has a significant effect on the production of the wooden shipyard industry in Bagan Siapi Api, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Furthermore, capital has a significant effect on the production of the wooden shipyard industry in Bagan Siapi Api, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Raw materials have a significant effect on the production of the wooden shipyard industry in Bagan Siapi Api, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. However, raw materials have the most dominant influence on the production of the wooden shipyard industry in Bagan Siapi Api, it can be seen from the Standardized Coefficient Beta test that the raw material variable has a large value.Keywords: Raw Materials, Labor, Capital, Production

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence production in the coffee powder industry in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive through the analysis method of Cobb Douglas Production Function with the tool hitng using the SPSS application version 23.0. The variables used are capital, raw materials, and labor in the coffee powder industry in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the variables of capital, raw materials, and labor simultaneously together have a significant effect on coffee powder production in Pekanbaru City. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the capital variable with the value of t hitug (2.30)> t table (2.069) with a significant value (0.030) <(0.05), raw material variable with the value of t arithmetic (18,934)> t table (2,069) with significant (0,000) <(0,05) and labor variable with t value (1,431) (0.05) meaning variable capital, and materials standard, positive and significant effect while the labor variable has a positive and not significant effect on the production of the coffee powder industry in Pekanbaru City. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) in proleh of 0.969. This means that 96.9% of the size of coffee powder production in Pekanbaru City is influenced by three independent variables, namely capital, raw materials, and labor. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. Industry, trade, services, health services and other activities, where the cycle of world change recently changed a lot especially in the field of woods that very rapidly, so a good target for the sale of distribution of furniture and also the demand for products and other industrial services in Pekanbaru City. With the aim to know and analyze the influence of price, production cost, and profit on furniture offer. The total population in this study is 36 ukm. The sample used in this research is 36. Using the census method, where the whole population becomes the sample. And data processing using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program. Based on the results of the test if the data using multiple linear regression can be taken several conclusions, namely: Price has a positive and unsignificant influence on furniture supply. Production cost have a positive and significant effect on furniture offerings. Profit has a positive and significant effect on furniture offerings. And price, production cost, and profit have influence together to furniture offer in Pekanbaru City. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the supply of furniture, the effect of price, production cost, and profit can be given the following suggestions: a) The company needs to determine the pricing strategy, by stepping up and maintaining the quality and service for customer satisfaction. b) The Company may increase the amount of bid to raise profit by taking into account market conditions.Keywords: Price, Production Cost, Profit and Supply

This research was conducted on the 3 kg lpg gas industry in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of demand factors for 3 kg lpg gas in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this research is a theory related to the demand factor, namely Theory of Demand. The type and approach of this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The total population of this study was 100 people who used LPG gas in the city of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study was the stratified random sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling techniques to obtain samples. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Stastistical Product and Solution) 21 program facilities. The results of data analysis show that the R2 value is 0.738, meaning that the price of the goods itself, the price of other goods, capital income, raw materials , and labor affects the demand for 3 kg lpg gas by 73.8%, while 26.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the statistical test simultaneously Fcount 90.229> Ftable 3.09, it means that the independent variable price of the goods itself, the price of other goods, and income together influence the dependent variable of the 3 kg lpg gas demand factor in Pekanbaru City. From the results of the partial statistical test, the coefficient value of the price of the goods itself is - .372, the coefficient of price for other goods is 0.158 and the coefficient of income is 0.471 indicating that the variable price of the goods itself has a significant negative effect on the total demand for 3 kg lpg gas in Pekanbaru City, and the coefficient the price of other goods and income have a significant positive effect on the demand for 3 kg lpg gas. and income variable has a dominant influence on the amount of 3 kg lpg gas demand in the city of Pekanbaru because it has the most known regression coefficient of 0.471.Keywords: the price of the goods themselves, the price of other goods, income

This study aims to analyze the right development strategy to be applied to the creative cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru City. The population and sample used in this study were 72 cafes & restaurants. The analytical tool method used in this research is descriptive method and SWOT analysis in order to find out the constraints faced by the cafe & restaurant industry and provide appropriate alternative strategies for the cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru. The results showed that the analytical methods used were EFAS matrix, IFAS matrix, and IE matrix. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the cafe & restaurant industry in the city of Pekanbaru is in a position of growth where the strategy of concentration through horizontal integration. This means that the strategy adopted is more defensive, which is to avoid losing sales and losing profits so an SO strategy needs to be applied. In implementing the SO strategy, the cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru City needs to prioritize the application of strategies to expand markets and improve product quality supported by technological developments, strategies to utilize strategic cafe & restaurant locations to make it easier for people to recognize products and be easily visited by the community, strategies utilize cheap prices and add menu variants to increase industrial activities so that the products offered are more varied and attract many visitors.Keywords: Cafe & Resto Industry, SWOT Analysis, IE Matrix

The shoe laundry service business is a service needed by the community. This research aims to find out how the strategy for developing a shoe laundry service business in Pekanbaru City. Research location was carried out in all shoe laundry service businesses in Pekanbaru City with a total sample of 13 businesses. Types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was SWOT analysis and formulated strategies with IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis. The result of this research is that the shoe laundry service business in the city of Pekanbaru is in quadrant 2 (Diversification). The strategy that needs to be applied is ST (strength-treaths), this strategy is made by using the strengths of the business to overcome treaths. In this result, the shoe laundry service business, although facing various threats, still has strength from an internal perspective. On the IFAS matrix (0.24) and on the EFAS matrix (-1.30). ST strategies that need to be implemented include: 1. Good sales ability will certainly have an impact on product specialization, 2. This research was purpose to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing the chicken slaughtering business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City are. And to know the Strategy for the Development of Broiler Slaughtering Business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SWOT analysis technique. The results of this research show that the results of the evaluation of internal factors using the IFAS matrix, obtained a total score of 3,130 in the strength factor and 3,446 in the weakness factor, which means that the score obtained is above the average 2.5 This shows that the broiler slaughtering business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City is able to optimize its strengths, namely good relations with labor, conducting market research, good product quality, affordable prices and meeting production capacity so that it can cover existing weaknesses. within the business unit. The results of the evaluation of the EFAS matrix above show that the total score on the opportunity factor is 3,335 and the threat factor is 3,491, which means that the score obtained is above the average of 2.5. This shows that the broiler slaughtering business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City takes advantage of existing opportunities such as supportive economic conditions, market demand, healthy lifestyles, population development and technological developments for production so as to overcome threats within the business unit. From the results of the Cartesian diagram in research with the title of the development strategy of small and medium micro industry (Case Study of Chicken Slaughtering Industry) in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, the position is in the B quadrant which means Quadrant B shows the factors that are considered important, management has been successfully implemented as desired / hope and very satisfying so that it must be maintained.Keywords: Micro, Small and Medium Industry, Chicken Slaughtering
