<![CDATA[One objective of higher education is to get a good job for every graduate. Graduates are required to have the competence to compete, in order to obtain the appropriate job. For the purposes of the Department Mathematics Pattimura Ambon University implements systems for every graduate job recommendation. The system requires a method that can help in these recommendations. The method used is Profile Matching and Entropy. Entropy is used to determine the weight of interest criteria. While the Profile Matching is used for the process of ranking the job to every graduate. Based on the research results, the system to work with a combination of recommendation Profile Matching and Entropy can determine the interests of each criterion. In addition, the calculation results and ranking of total on each criterion produces ranking jobs. So that every graduate can get a job based on competencies based on the rank result. Keywords: Profile matching, entropy, recommendation, work, rank Salah satu tujuan mengecap pendidikan tinggi yaitu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik bagi setiap lulusan. Lulusan dituntut agar memiliki kompetensi yang dapat bersaing, demi memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai. Demi tujuan tersebut, Jurusan Matematika Universitas Pattimura Ambon menerapkan sistem rekomendasi pekerjaan bagi setiap lulusan. Sistem yang dibuat membutuhkan metode yang dapat membantu dalam rekomendasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Profile Matching dan Entropy. Entropy digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kepentingan kriteria. Sedangkan Profile Matching digunakan untuk proses pemberian peringkat pekerjaan bagi setiap lulusan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem untuk rekomendasi pekerjaan dengan kombinasi Profile Matching dan Entropy dapat ditentukan kepentingan setiap kriteria. Selain itu, hasil perhitungan dan pemberian peringkat nilai total pada setiap kriteria menghasilkan peringkat pekerjaan.
