<![CDATA[ Because the proportion of active smokers in Indonesia is increasing from year to year, human health is decreasing every day. Lack of self-care and lack of awareness of smoking make some people no longer pay attention to their health. Many people have bad effects from cigarette . This is because the effect is not immediately visible when you first smoke. Many smokers are reluctant to check themselves for various reasons. Therefore, the researcher uses the forward chaining method and the certainty factor method to create an expert system in diagnosing active smokers. The results of this study resulted in the calculation of the disease diagnosis sample having a certainty level of 97.75% and the results diagnosing oral cancer.Keywords: Android, Certainty Factor, expert system, Forward Chaining, smokerKarena proporsi perokok aktif di Indonesia meningkat dari tahun ketahun , kesehatan manusia menurun setiap hari. Kurangnya menjaga diri dan kurangnya kesadaran akan merokok membuat sebagian orang tidak lagi memperhatikan kesehatannya. Banyak orang efek buruk dari rokok. Ini disebabkan karena efek tersebut tidak langsung terlihat saat pertama kali merokok. Banyak perokok yang malas memeriksakan diri ke dokter dengan berbagai alasan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan metode forward chaining dan metode certainty factor untuk membuat sistem pakar dalam mendiagnosis perokok aktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perhitungan pada sampel diagnosa penyakit memiiliki persentase tingkat kepastian sebesar 97.75% dan hasil tersebut mendiagnosa penyakit kanker mulut..
