Abstract

Election is an activity carried out by a community in selecting people who occupy certain political positions. Before making an election, socialization is carried out by people who will take up the political position. The tendency of the community when making elections in determining which candidates will be chosen, the community does not assess the overall potential possessed by each candidate, even the community only sees one of the potential possessed by the candidate, from the results of a temporary survey conducted by asking questions directly to 10 respondents in the field, 4 respondents determined their choice based on popularity only, 3 respondents looked in terms of organization and the way of campaign of each candidate, the rest there were those who made choices when they were selected. so we need a system that supports making a decision, the application of the Analitycal Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) method as an reinforcer and supports in making a decision based on characteristics that are considered to represent the whole. The data used in the form of quantitative data from weighting is done through distributing questionnaires to the sample. From the analysis process carried out to help make a decision in the 2019 Presidential election, it can be concluded that the most important priorities to the last are Competence (46.82%), Aspectivity (25.50%), Integrity (13.54%), Electability (7.19%), Campaign (4.51%) Coalition Party (2.42%). Whereas for alternative use data is obtained, namely the highest value weight, namely candidate pairs with Number. Sort 01 (Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin) with a score of 85.9%. while the candidate pairs with serial number 02, Prabowo Subianto and Sandiaga Uno, scored 14.1%.

Abstract

Studying and becoming a student for some students is the most exciting thing, they seem to enjoy it very much, it is natural for students in this category to finish their study period on time and some are even faster than the set time. Even though they themselves are also faced with demands about how many credits they have to complete on time, doing assignments, thesis and facing some lecturers' behavior which they think is unusual or they are often called killer terms. But this is different from some certain students, they are impressed, on the contrary they cannot enjoy it, so they become students who are lazy to come to college, lazy to do assignments and also lazy to complete their thesis, this will certainly impact on their study period where it should can be completed on time 4 years instead will be delayed to 5 years, 6 years and even up to 7 and 8 years or some even drop out (DO). Based on data from the Batam Open University (POKJAR) study group, almost 99% of students who study there are working, of which 80% of them can complete their studies on time, as if another 20% are not. This research will discuss what is the root of their problem so that they cannot finish college on time. The results of this study can later be a benchmark for decision making for the Batam Open University study group (POKJAR) towards a better direction so that all parties benefit both students and the management of the study group or the Open University itself.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has decreased the revenue of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), including the laundry business. Marketing efforts to increase revenue have also encountered obstacles, ranging from technical problems to cost constraints. This Community Service is aimed at a laundry in Cipta Asri Batam housing. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to foster laundry SMEs so that they can continue to exist by creating various marketing techniques and innovative products. The creation of superior and innovative products is expected to increase turnover. These superior products will be marketed using social media, given the government's health protocol. This service was organized by a team of lecturers and students from the Management and Information System Programs at the University of Putera Batam. The team from the management program coaches management and marketing, while the team from the information systems guides the field of using informatics systems in improving SME marketing and productivity. The involvement of students in this service activity is educational where students can learn directly from the field but also could provide guidance according to the knowledge that has been obtained. Coaching materials focus on marketing, business management, and the use of informatics systems. The activity was carried out in two meetings attended by the object of the event and the surrounding community. It is hoped that this service activity would be able to add insight for partners and be able to help empower partners in a better direction.

Abstract

Research has a problem that explains that: (1) the pioneered effort is not lasting and difficult to develop (2) the low level of education and knowledge in the field of accounting (3) the lack of understanding of information technology. The purpose of this study to make information systems ETAP web-based financial statements. The financial statements presented can make the financial statements of service companies, trade and industry. The method of experimental research, by making financial report software that can be utilized for business actors in companies engaged in services, trade and industry. The result of the research explains that ETAP financial statement information system created gives output following accounting process from the initial balance, general journal, and special, general ledger, and subsidiary ledger, trial balance, journal adjustment that are processing in a computerized manner so as to provide output in the form of financial statements consisting (income statement, statement of owner equity, balance sheet) making SIKBAP Accounting can petrify business actors in presenting financial statements in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang signifikan membuat kemudahan dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi. Meningkatnya para pengguna jejaring sosial seperti instagram, facebook, twitter membuat media sosial berbasis internet ini bertambah fungsi sebagai media media yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan strategi dalam berbisnis maupun pengembangan bisnis. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada Usaha Roti Dapoer Yuri Peneliti ingin menerapkan pemanfataan jejaring sosial seperti facebook sebagai media promosi dan peningkatan pemasaran bisnis online. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan pada manajemen promosi untuk meningkatkan jumlah pemasaran secara. Kegiatan dimulai dengan melakukan sosialisasi, pemilihan jejaring sosial yang digunakan, pembuatan media promosi, pelatihan penggunaan media sosial tersebut. Teknik pengolahan data dalam kegiatan penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata dan gambar. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa media sosial facebook tidak hanya berperan sebagai media promosi, akan tetapi juga sebagai media untuk berkomunikasi dengan pembeli. Hal ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil penjualan pada Usaha Roti Dapoer Yuri. Sehingga dapat dibuat sebuah kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa media sosial seperti facebook mampu memberikan dampak yang signifikan dan efektif sebagai media berbisnis online, selain itu peran facebook sebagai media promosi mampu berperan sebagai wadah  yang digunakan untuk mencari pelanggan sehingga mampu meningkatan penjualan pada Usaha Roti Dapoer Yuri.

Abstract

Online sales are one of the most important parts of the internet today. The rapid development of technology and the internet in Indonesia has the impact of changes in business change, one of which is the way to buy and sell done online. In the business of Roti Dapoer Yuri still implements the system conventionally, the sales strategy is done directly by delivering products to pt canteens, stalls and shops. When viewed from the development of information system technology that is developing today Dapoer Yuri Bread Business desperately needs a technology to increase sales can be accessed online and accessible anywhere and anytime. The research method used is waterfall model that is through several stages such as needs analysis, system design to be used, program code generation and system testing created. In completing the data so that the goal can be achieved, the data collection technique uses observation and study techniques. With the online sales system has changed the sales system made, where shoppers can make purchases by selecting several types of bread then making the ordering process and continued with the payment process made by transfer through the specified account. Meanwhile, the results of the design of this information system were able to impact the increase in product sales on Dapoer Yuri's bread business effectively.
