Abstract: Information literacy as continuing agenda has given school library to develop its facilites. This article  tries to describe how  school libraries develop IL models. With IL, librarians will study more how to use informations resources increasing fast. For user’s, IL will give skills to study for long life, he will be able to understand the need of information, how to fnd, manage, dan use for daily life.Key word: Information Literacy Models, Information Literacy, School library.

Abstract

Abstract: Plagiarism is a problem that happened long time not only in Indonesia, but also abroad. Although this country had copy right law (UU No. 19 Tahun 2002), but the number of plagiarism is still high. Library as a information resources has important role to decrease the number of plagiarism. Steps can be done by library are socializing the rules of plagiarism, upload the academic work, providing online database for submitting assignment, practicing information literacy, and cooperating with educators.

Abstract

Problem of a quality of school education has always been an interesting theme for discussion. But one thing that is still unnoticed by the education experts is the problem of the role of libraries in schools. The library is important. Everyone acknowledges that, as well as importance of readning,. however people rarely think of how students are encouraged to like readning and make it as a culture. The education quality should be supported by an adequate library. Therefore, there must be a synergy among the various components of education in scholls to start readning habits from managing the library. This short article tries habits from how to empower the library that can  compel students to like reading very much so that it will impact undirectly on the improvement of education quality in school.

Abstract

Lately the term information literacy is often discussedthis awareness needs to be appreciated. Even in Indonesia it canbe said to be late, but considering the importance of the benefits of information for the development of the awareness that literacy should be developed. Information literacy is defined as one’s knowledge of the needs information, the ability to identify, seek, evaluate, organize and effectively create, use and communicate information for solving problems. Those Knowledges are a prerequisite to live in an information society and part of one’s basic right to lifelong learning. In a number of libraries that have implemented information literacy, some progress has been achieved. Indeed it is still limited in higher education, sothat information literacy programs in schools should be encouraged and realized. This literacy can be done through various programs: through user education during new student orientation, incidental activity, or to integrate IL into the school curriculum. To realize this agenda all librarians should continue to learn and develop their competences. Without it, they are impossible to carry out information literacy at the school.

Abstract

The halal industry continues to develop along with the awareness of Muslims to consume and live a lifestyle that is by sharia principles. This research aims to first review and analyse the importance of Shariah compliance in the Sharia hospital industry in Indonesia, second review the regulatory framework for Shariah compliance in Sharia hospitals, third review the implementation of Shariah compliance (SC) in the Sultan Agung Semarang Sharia hospital. This research is empirical juridical research with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that first, shariah compliance in Sharia hospitals is a must because Shariah compliance is the hallmark of this industry from conventional industries and will maintain the sustainability of this industry because the interests of Muslim consumers are guarded and protected. Secondly, the regulatory framework of Islamic hospitals consists of scattered several regulations, namely Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK), Fatwa DSN MUI Number: 107/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for Hospitals Based on Sharia Principles. The regulations scattered in various rules do not specifically regulate Islamic hospitals, so these regulations are not adequate for regulating Islamic hospitals. In terms of SC implementation, there are various obstacles, including in medicines, where halal pharmaceuticals are still limited, as well as the use of Islamic financial institutions in transactions that have not been fully used.

Abstract

This is a study on the practices of sharia compliance of halal tourism, especially sharia hotels and beaches in Indonesia. This is an empirical juridical research, using qualitative descriptive analytical techniques. The results of this study indicate several points. First, Sharia compliance in the halal tourism industry is a necessity, because sharia compliance is a unique feature of this industry that distinguishes it from the conventional tourism industry and it will maintain the sustainability of this industry because the interests of Muslim consumers are safeguarded and protected. Second, the halal tourism regulatory framework consists of Law Number 40 of 2007; DSN MUI Fatwa Number: 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Tourism Based on Sharia Principles; and Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Sharia Business Hotel Operations. However, these regulations are considered inadequate in regulating halal tourism. Third, optimization of sharia compliance in the halal tourism industry is carried out in three steps: first, strengthening the substance by establishing regulations on halal tourism, second, strengthening the structure, and law enforcement officials, and third strengthening the legal culture through socialization and strengthening people's understanding of the importance of sharia compliance in Halal tourism industry.Keywords: halal industry; halal tourism; sharia complianceImplementasi Kepatuhan Syariah Dalam Industri Pariwisata Halal Di Indonesia (Studi Pada Hotel dan Pantai Syariah)AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan kajian tentang praktik kepatuhan syariah pada pariwisata halal, khususnya hotel dan pantai syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa poin: Pertama, kepatuhan syariah dalam industri pariwisata halal merupakan suatu keniscayaan, karena kepatuhan syariah merupakan ciri khas industri ini yang membedakan dengan industri pariwisata konvensional dan akan menjaga keberlangsungan industri ini karena kepentingan konsumen muslim terjaga dan terlindungi. Kedua, kerangka pengaturan pariwisata halal terdiri dari Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007; Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor : 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah; dan Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Hotel Usaha Syariah. Namun, regulasi tersebut dinilai kurang memadai dalam mengatur wisata halal. Ketiga, optimalisasi syariah compliance pada industri wisata halal dilakukan dalam tiga langkah: pertama, penguatan substansi dengan menetapkan regulasi tentang wisata halal, kedua, penguatan struktur, dan aparat penegak hukum, dan ketiga penguatan budaya hukum melalui sosialisasi dan memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya kepatuhan syariah dalam industri pariwisata halal.Kata kunci: industri halal; pariwisata halal; kepatuhan syariah
