Titled “Deteksi Gen SHV pada Isolat Klinik Eschericia coli Penghasil Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) dari Urin Pasien di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya” with the same author who is Yulianto Ade Prasetya. Based on clarification, Author of the article have admitted that he has published the same article published in Bioeksperimen: Jurnal Penelitian Biologi Vol 4, No. 2 (2018).One of the conditions of submission of paper for publication in this journal is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.

Abstract

Escherichia coli producing Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamases (ESBLs) can turn off the cephalosporin third and fourth generation and monobactam (aztreonam). E.coli producers ESBLs who encoded by TEM genes can hydrolyzed ampicillin, cephalontin, and cephazolin. The purpose of this research is to identify the existence of TEM genes from some space at RSUD Dr. Sooetomo Surabaya which has never been previously reported. The kind of research that used is observational descriptive with the approach genetic molecule. About thirty isolate clinical E.coli ESBLs producers of urine patients in January and February 2014 done with amplification of PCR, electrophoresis, and the result visualized on agarose gel 1.5%. The result was ten isolates (30%) positively containing TEM genes and most common to find in the Interna Department.Keywords: ESBLs, Escherichia coli, RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, TEM

Abstract

Dusun Dungus Desa Jogos Kecamatan Kunjang Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur memiliki ketahanan ekonomi hanya dari sektor pertanian dan peternakan saja. Pada sektor pertanian memiliki kendala dalam hal ketersediaan pupuk di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan harga yang semakin mahal sehingga beberapa warga mulai beralih menggunakan pupuk anorganik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos dari fermentasi kotoran sapi. Metode yang digunakan antara lain pembuatan video penyuluhan pentingnya penggunaan pupuk organik, pembuatan video tutorial pembuatan pupuk kompos, dan pendampingan pembuatan pupuk kompos dari fermentasi kotoran sapi. Hasil yang didapatkan yakni warga mampu menyadari pentingnya penggunaan pupuk organik dibandingkan pupuk anorganik dan warga mampu membuat pupuk kompos dari fermentasi kotoran sapi serta warga telah menggunakan pupuk kompos tersebut untuk tanaman pertanian. Pupuk kompos dari fermentasi kotoran sapi diharapkan dapat dibuat dengan skala yang lebih banyak sehingga dapat berpotensi menjadi pupuk komersial yang dapat meningkatkan peluang ekomoni melalui koperasi desa.
