Abstract

This article learn about The process of knowledge transmission of Muhadis Syekh Yasin Padang wich done by maintaining tradition of giving ‘ijazah sanad’ (license on chain of transmission). It enables that the teaching delivered in ontinued to the authors of book (kitab) up to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Scholars still maintains sanadan tradition. This article explains the urgency of sanad for scholarship in the transmission of religious knowledge. This study uses qualitative approach and data collected through observations. This results found that This historiography reveals the transmission of Islamic knowledge espesialy for Hadist and it saince which the Scholars of hadits “Muhaddits” attend the sanad and lisence tradition, this article explain about the methode of sanad or hadits transmision and contribution of Syekh Yasin and his idea or opinions to develop hadits sains.

Abstract

This article describes the terminology of the level of the saints of Allah. in the perspectives of ḥadīth scholars. The terms above are Abdāl, Aqtāb, Nuqabā’, Nujabā’. This theme is still a debatable issue among scholars, especially scholars of ḥadīth. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to find out the different interpretations of experts on the traditions that talk about this issue and the status or value of the traditions (Ṣaḥīḥ, Ḥasan, Ḍa'if, or Mawḍū’). The ḥadīth on this subject is very varied in its editorial and some of its problems are caused by multiple interpretations between the Ḥadīth Experts such as Imam al-Suyūṭī, Jalāl al-Dīn 'Abd al-Raḥmān bin Abū Bakar (d. 911 H) and Imam al-Sakhāwī, Muḥammad bin 'Abd al-Raḥmān (d. 902) as well as Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalānī, al-Ḥāfiẓ Aḥmad bin ‘Alī bin Hajar (d. 852). They made a regarding the assessment of this ḥadīth and the understanding of its matan different explanations.

Abstract

The research aims to stand on the method of judging the hadith on the validity, goodness, weakness, or condition of the narrators, and to identify the origins of the hadith imams, past and present, in correcting and weakening according to certain standards and scientific standards that are subject to the law of the novel, the origins of hadith and its sciences, wound and modification. It also aims to study Sheikh Al-Albani’s approach to correction and weakening. Objective scientific critical study, in this research, the researcher pursued an objective analytical and critical approach. It also relies on the study of hadith books, their collections, and abundant encyclopedias. It is based on the aspect of hadith sciences, in a sufficiently library method, so that it is based on the study of references and available sources specialized in the subject in question, and the most important findings of the researcher through research and reading of this. The matter is that judging a hadith is a matter of discretion, so it is the case of a mujtahid in jurisprudential rulings that he is right and wrong.

Abstract

This research aims to answer one of the contemporary social and religious issues, which means the issue of the phenomenon of Islamophobia and radicalism trought in the field of the glorious sunnah and how to overcome it by activating the article of the defender of the sunnah. Make shift scientific responses, whether it is textual evidence from the text of the Holy Scripture and Holly Qur’an and Sunnah, or rational evidence from logic, origins, and language, which is considered one of the mechanisms and tools of legal science. especially books dealing with modern suspicions. The results achieved by the researcher, among others: The activation of the article "Defending the Sunnah" is considered one of the tools and mechanisms that a Muslim can use to deal with extremist groups and the phenomenon of Islamophobia. However, it must be in a scientific, logical, rational, persuasive and thoughtful manner, and in a way that corrects some of the distorted concepts, suspicious ideas and wrong opinions about this true religion.
