Abstract

The Focus is to describes: (1) services quality, (2) teachers and staffs quality, (3) facilities quality. This study used a qualitative approach with multi-site study design. The data was collected using the interviews, observation, and documents techniques. The data analysis use individual and cross-site analysis. Checking the validity of the data used credibility, dependability, confirmability. The findings were (1) the services quality: the intracurriculum by learning based IT, LCD and wifi are in the classrooms; the extracurriculum get much medaly rewards; and BK services was good, the breaking low; (b) teachers and staffs quality, increases by such workshops, trainings, MGMP, and supervision; (c) the quality of facilies was improve such as library, laboratory, facility of sports, mushalla, students cooperation, canteen, UKS.Fokus penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan (1) mutu layanan, (2) mutu guru dan staf, dan (3) mutu sarana/prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi multi situs. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data situs tunggal dan lintas situs. Pengecekan keabsahan data: kredibilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas. Temuan (1) mutu layanan: layanan intrakulikuler (pembelajaran berbasis IT, LCD dan wifi tiap kelas); layanan ekstrakulikuler, mendapat banyak penghargaan; layanan BK baik, pelanggaran menurun; (b) mutu guru dan staf, ditingkatkan melalui workshop, pelatihan, MGMP, dan supervisi; (c) mutu sarana/prasarana, yang ditingkatkan: perpustakaan, laboratorium, fasilitas olahraga, mushalla, koperasi, kantin, UKS.
