Abstract

Ecotourism is one form of tourism which is managed by conservation approaches. Ecotourism as part of the concept of tourism development has progressed. with more and more interest in these types of tours based on environmental sustainability. Then in the development of natural tourist destinations obtained reciprocal relationship of mutual benefit between humans as creatures who enjoy nature in its activities with well-preserved nature. This research was conducted in the Hutan Larangan Adat village Rumbio, District Kampar, Province of Riau. This research was carried out for 1 month in November, 2015. Hutan Larangan Adat is a high heritage of indigenous peoples in Rumbio, stored in a variety of natural resources and flora and fauna typical of this area. Geographically situated between 0 ° 56'12 "north latitude and 1 ° 28'17" north latitude, 100 ° 56'10 "east longitude to 101 ° 43'26 '' East Longitude and have an area of approximately 499.30 hectares in 2013. Based on the results of research on the identification of the tourism potential, it can be concluded that the area Hutan Larangan Adat in the village Rumbio very suitable to serve tourist sites include natural attractions like the river which is very clear, fruit trees, plants herbali, large trees are extremely rare in tropical rainforest, see and hear the chirping of various species of birds and other wildlife, as well as historical attractions such as the bulwark against Dutch colonialism.     Keywords: Ecotourism, Hutan larangan adat, Village Rumbio

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of local culture, uniqueness of tourist attractions, and social media marketing on tourist interest in Southeast Aceh, with social media marketing as a mediating variable. Using quantitative methods with 200 respondents, the results of the study indicate that local culture such as pemamanan culture, pelebat dance, and tasak telu special food have a significant effect on tourist interest. The uniqueness of tourist attractions is also a major factor in attracting tourists, while social media marketing strengthens the relationship between local culture and uniqueness of tourist attractions with tourist interest. This finding is in line with previous studies that emphasize the importance of cultural identity and digital promotion in increasing tourist appeal. The implications of this study underline the need for a local culture-based promotion strategy through social media to increase tourist visits to Southeast Aceh.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the effect of budget participation and clarity of budget targets on budget absorption moderated by leadership support. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study was all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in Southeast Aceh district, totaling 33 OPDs. The sample in this study was taken from 3 people from each regional apparatus organization (OPD), consisting of the head of department or secretary, authorized budget user and head of program subdivision so that the number of respondents was 99 people. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Auter Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this research prove that budget participation and clarity of budget targets have a significant effect on budget absorption, leadership support moderates the influence of budget participation and clarity of budget targets on budget absorption in Southeast Aceh Regency

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity and organizational governance of the group leaders of Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Badar Unit customers in Southeast Aceh Regency. The background of this activity is the low understanding and managerial skills of group leaders in managing internal group dynamics, which has an impact on the effectiveness of the community economic empowerment program. The implementation method uses a community-based learning approach combined with experiential learning through preparation stages, two-day core training, and evaluation. Training materials include participatory leadership, organizational communication, conflict management, and community-based group governance. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the cognitive and skill aspects of the participants, as evidenced by an average increase in the post-test score of 36% compared to the pre-test. In addition, participants showed high enthusiasm and commitment to implementing the practices learned in their respective groups. In conclusion, this training is effective in improving local leadership capacity and contributing positively to the sustainability of the PNM empowerment program. Follow-up in the form of routine assistance is needed so that the impact of the training is long-term and sustainable

Abstract

Company Value is one of the most important factors for investors and creditors in deciding whether to invest, and creditors will use Company Value as a factor in deciding whether to provide loans. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, Profitability on the Value of Non-Manufacturing Companies in 2020-2024. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources, namely from company financial reports. The collected data were tested using SPSS software consisting of descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous and partial hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a partial positive and significant effect on company value. This shows that capital structure has a theoretical and real effect in increasing company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. Company size has a partial positive and significant effect on company value. This shows that company size has a theoretical and real effect in increasing company value. Profitability partially has a negative and insignificant effect on company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. This shows that profitability does not have a significant effect in increasing the company value of non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. Capital structure, company size and profitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. In the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R2 value obtained is 0.15, meaning that variations in the variables Capital structure, company size and profitability can explain their influence on company value by 15% while the remaining 75% is a variation in other variables not explained in this study, for example cash flow, etc.
