Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of solvency by using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), liquidity by using Current Ratio (CR) and Cash Ratio (CHR) and activities by using Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) on Profitability by using Return on Assets (ROA) on service companies in the infrastructure, utility and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research uses quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of multiple correlation coefficients (R), analysis of coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous influence test (f test) and partial influence test (t test). The result of the multiple correlation coefficient R of 0.722 means that the variables DER, DAR, CR, CHR, TATO and WCT have a strong relationship to ROA. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained the results of the six independent variables DER, DAR, CR, CHR, TATO and WCT of 0.419. This means that the influence of DER, DAR, CR, CHR, TATO and WCT is 41.9% on ROA, the remaining 58.1% is explained by other variables not included in the research variable. The result of simultaneous influence test (test f) shows that the six independent variables, namely DER, DAR, CR, CHR, TATO and WCT together have a significant influence on ROA, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 5.087 and F table of 2.43 and has a sig value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05. While the results of the partial effect test (t test) shows that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) variable has a significant negative effect on the variable Return on Assets (ROA), while the Cash Ratio (CHR) and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) variables have a positive effect significant to the variable Return on Assets (ROA). The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) variables do not have a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) variable.

This cooperation is considered crucial to strengthen regional security stability through increased interoperability and coordination between militaries. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, literature studies, and analysis of related documents. The main focus of the research includes factors that influence, conditions of joint training cooperation between the Indonesian Army and the armies of ASEAN countries and strategies to implement these influencing factors so as to improve the quality and quantity of joint training between the Indonesian Army and the armies of ASEAN countries. The results of the study show that strategic military cooperation between the Indonesian Army is supported by Indonesia's national defense policy and a number of international agreements. Increasing joint military training allows ASEAN countries to build joint preparedness to face threats in the South China Sea. This strategy also emphasizes the importance of multilateral exercises in the future to increase solidarity and collective response. In conclusion, the military training agreement between the Indonesian Army and the armies of ASEAN countries is a strategic step in creating strong regional security and facing challenges in the South China Sea. Recommendations to improve the quality of joint training between the Indonesian Army and the armies of ASEAN countries include increasing the frequency of joint training and coordination mechanisms between ASEAN military leaders through short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies

Abstract

Land asset management in Kodam III/Slw faces various challenges, including administrative, physical, and legal aspects. This has become quite a heavy task for Zidam III/Slw as the unit responsible for the management. Although there are efforts to optimally manage land assets, many problems still arise in the field, such as inaccuracies in administrative data, limited physical supervision, and legal issues related to land status. Therefore, more efficient solutions are needed to address these issues. This research aims to explore the use of information technology, specifically the Google Earth application, as a solution in land asset management at Kodam III/Slw. The research method used is qualitative with an exploratory approach and case study design, which allows the researcher to delve deeply into various aspects related to land asset management. The research results show that the Google Earth application has proven effective in strengthening administrative roles, facilitating physical supervision, and providing ease in land asset mapping. The use of this technology also provides benefits in improving coordination among the related parties. However, to address the existing legal issues, Zidam III/Slw needs to enhance advocacy channels in accordance with the applicable regulations. The implication of this research is the importance of adopting information technology in land asset management and the need for more intensive coordination between internal and external parties to support the resolution of the legal issues faced.
