Abstract

The development of the current digital era has brought many changes, not only in the world of education and government, but in the role of Notaries as well. As a result of this change, notaries have new responsibilities in safeguarding the personal data of parties to notarial agreements. The research method used is normative research, where the author conducted a review of positive law in Indonesia, especially the regulations of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. Research findings indicate that Notaries act as guarantors of clients' trust and confidentiality with respect to personal information and bear responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of such information. Notaries are generally known as data controllers who have the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal information under their supervision. Notaries are obliged to provide warnings to the public and related agencies if there is a violation of the protection of personal identity information (PII) in their jurisdiction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadapa pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang siswa kelas X SMKN I Lingsar Lombok Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran angket (angket) dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil data diperoleh dan dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Persentase data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menyesuaikan kategori yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek yang terkandung dalam angket respon siswa menunjukkan 32,5% dengan kategori baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring tidak efektif digunakan di masa pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada siswa serta ada atau tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah oleh siswa. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw adalah pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan pada diskusi oleh kelompok ahli dan kelompok asal. Diskusi yang dilakukan oleh siswa bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah fisika. Masalah yang diajukan berisi tentang materi fisika yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini difokuskan pada peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif yang berupa kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan afektif siswa yang berupa keaktifan siswa saat berlangsungnya pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out the Arabic writing skills of seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak before using Broken Square/Text strategy in Arabic language learning. 2) To find out the implementation process of Broken Square/Text strategy in Arabic language learning. 3) To find out the improvement of Arabic writing skills of seventh grade students after using Broken Square/Text strategy. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak which amounted to 32 students. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through tests, observation and documentation. And data analysis using percentages and indicators of success. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are 32 students in total, which in the pre-cycle activities the percentage of student completeness only reached 34.37% with an average score of 63.28. In cycle I after using the Broken Square/Text strategy the percentage of student completeness increased to 62.5% with an average of 72.03. Due to not meeting the standards, cycle II was carried out with the results of the percentage of completeness reaching 78.12% and an average of 79.06. Therefore, the researcher concluded that using the Broken Square/Text strategy in learning Arabic can significantly improve students' writing skills, and foster students' enthusiasm in learning Arabic.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist rendang business actors who are members of IKABOGA in Padang City in determining the heat adequacy number (F0) in the sterilization process of packaged rendang. Determining the correct F0 number is very important to ensure food safety, extend product shelf life, and maintain rendang quality. Assistance methods include theoretical training, F0 calculation simulations, sterilization practices, and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The results of the activity showed an increase in business actors' understanding of the F0 concept, as well as the implementation of a more measurable and safe sterilization process. Laboratory tests showed that rendang products sterilized with the appropriate F0 value were proven to be free from pathogenic microorganisms, while the quality of taste, texture, and aroma were maintained. This activity is expected to help business actors improve product quality and competitiveness, and comply with applicable food safety standards.

Abstract

For this reason life skill education (life skill) undoubtedly to be applied and applied for students in any educational institutions tingakat. The development of life skills values ​​in various activities in educational institutions both in classroom learning, as well as in extracurricular activities, and in religious activities is expected to foster unyielding spirit with high work ethic, creative independence, innovative in creating works in all Field, so that in the end able to create human resources that qualified for the surrounding community.
