Abstract

Abstract - The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy implemented PNPM Mandiri Tourism Sector which entered the fifth year to support Tourism development activities through Community Empowerment in the tourist village. The support Decisioned by Tourism Transport Agency was not effective to set Desa Wisata which possibel to receive the PNPM support program. Its affects to the tourism business improvement of districts bone Bolango which inhibited. The support for society Desa Wisata through PNPM Mandiri program, Must meet the criteria. Such Potential criteria lay Desa Wisata must have the uniqueness and appeal of Tourism (as a tourist attraction), either form character of physical environment rural nature and socio-cultural Community, have support and readiness have been worn supporting for tourism. For a review of the support the matter as above will designed a decision support system using method weihgted product Interest to boost business tourism in the district Bone Bolango because supported by the best result of decision support. Abstract

ABSTRACT Children with special needs are exceptional children and children with disabilities. Due to the characteristics and constraints it has, the Children with Special Needs require a special form of educational service tailored to the abilities and potential of the Children with Special Needs. Special School (SLB) is an appropriate school for Children with Special Needs .. The research conducted has the aim of designing geographic information system about the location of Special School based on android is to facilitate the prospective new student's parents in identifying the location of Special School (SLB) ) and provide information relating to addresses, coordinate points and facilities of Special School (SLB). The test results of the system using the Smartphone to find the Course Institution location information with some of the test results of the smartphone such as zenfone 3 asuz, Samsung S4, and samsung J7 display the appropriate and valid display so that the application can be used effectively and efficiently. Based on testing using test case method proves that this android based geographic information system is more accurate and effective. Test results as follows: V (G) = 18 - 4 + 2 = 6  Keywords: Geographic Information System, SLB, Android. ABSTRAKAnak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak luar biasa dan anak cacat. Karena karakteristik dan hambatan yang dimilki, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus memerlukan bentuk pelayanan pendidikan khusus yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan potensi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) adalah sekolah yang sesuai bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus.. Penelitian  yang  dilakukan  memiliki  tujuan  yakni  merancang sistem informasi geografis tentang lokasi Sekolah Luar Biasa berbasis android adalah untuk memudahkan orang tua calon siswa baru dalam melakukan identifikasi letak Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) serta memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan alamat, titik koordinat dan fasilitas Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Hasil Pengujian sistem menggunakan Smartphone untuk mencari informasi lokasi Lembaga Kursus dengan beberapa hasil pengujian smartphone diantaranya asuz zenfone 3, Samsung S4, dan samsung J7 menampilkan tampilan sesuai dan valid sehingga aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode test case membuktikan bahwa Sistem informasi geografis berbasis android ini lebih akurat dan efektif. Hasil pengujian sebagai berikut : V (G) = 18 – 4 + 2 = 6  Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, SLB, Android

Abstract: In the Director General Regulation of the Treasury NumberPER-47 / PB / 2014 concerning Technical Guidelines for Administration, Bookkeeping, and Accountability of Treasurers in Public Service Bodies and Verification and Monitoring of Treasurer Accountability Reports on Public Service Bodies in CHAPTER I (GENERAL PROVISIONS) Article 1 Paragraph 2 states that the Receiving Treasurer is a person appointed to receive, deposit, deposit, administer, and account for state revenue in the context of implementing the State Budget at the Office / Work Unit (Satker) of the State / Institution, and Article 6 states that the Public Service Agency, hereinafter abbreviated as BLU, is an agency in the environment the government is formed to provide services to the community in the form of the supply of goods and / or services sold without prioritizing profit and in carrying out their activities based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. In CHAPTER III (INTRODUCTION BOOKING) Article 7 Paragraph 1 states that the Treasurer keeps records of all the money administered. The purpose of this research is to design and produce an Android-based Financial Information System so as to assist the Receiving Treasurer in inputting transactions until the accountability report information is in accordance with the Director General of Treasury Regulation Number PER-47 / PB / 2014. Based on the results of the discussion and making of the Financial Information System at the Gorontalo-based Android University, it can be concluded that the system has been completed and can be used. Abstract

ABSTRACTMadrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) is a level of basic education in formal education in Indonesia which is held within 3 years. School students or madrasah students are generally 13-15 years old. Madrasah schools are a transition period from childhood to the world of adolescence. The period of MTS is a critical period for student education because at this time the transition from childhood. At present education is very much influenced by technological developments that provide a variety of conveniences so that it influences students' thinking, so schools must start working hard and pay attention to the education programs and methods used in transferring knowledge from teaching staff to students. The use of electronic circuits allows learning to be carried out in one place or in different places through distance learning. E-learning can be carried out anytime anywhere, but e-learning still has drawbacks, which requires users to deal with electronic equipment that is not flexible to move places. Mobile phones today are not only used as communication tools but can be used in finding information. One of the current operating systems that can access information very quickly and most in demand by the public today is Android. Android is an open source-based system that allows sources code (source code) on android to be read by development to customize various application features according to their usage needs. Mobile learning can be used as an alternative to solving problems in the field of education, especially the problem of equitable access to educational information, the quality of learning content in the form of learning material in the form of text or images accompanied by examples of teacher improvement questions to make or deliver learning materials and managing teaching andlearningactivities. Abstract

Bursa valuta asing atau forex adalah tempat dimana mata uang dari suatu negara diperdagangan dengan mata uang negara lainnya. Perdagangan berlangsung secara global antara pusat-pusat keuangan dunia, dengan melibatkan bank-bank utama dunia sebagai pelaksana utama transaksi. Trader yang melakukan investasi di pasar valuta asing dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan menganalisis keadaan dan situasi dalam memprediksi  nilai tukar mata uang. Pergerakan harga forex atau saham yang membentuk kurva sangat membantu para trader dalam pengambilan keputusan, pergerakan kurva dijadikan sebagai salah satu indikator dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk beli (buy) atau jual (sell). Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk membandingkan pola  kurva, kemudian dataset dari algoritma SVM diproses menggunakan metode Moving Average (MA) untuk membentuk kurva kedua. Hasilnya trend kurva yang dihasilkan algoritma Support Vector Machine dan Metode Moving Average  membentuk kurva yang sama dengan kurva live online pada GBPUSD, 1H.
