Abstract

Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) juga dapat dengan mudah beradaptasi dengan pasang surut arah permintaan pasar. Namun banyak hal yang membuat IKM sulit untuk berkembang, diantaranya masalah proses pendaftaran dan promosi barang yang dapat menyebabkan tidak terkelolanya data anggota IKM dan jenis barang IKM yang ada selama ini. Saat ini Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang ada di Kota Gorontalo pada tahun 2017 berjumlah 3.366 unit usaha. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Dinas Perdagangan dan Peridustrian Kota Gorontalo dalam membuat dan merancang sistem informasi promosi produk IKM berbasis Android, sehingga dari pihak IKM dapat dengan mudah melakukan promosi dimanapun dan kapanpun. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Research and Development atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Pada metode ini mendefinisikan sebagai metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam menghasilkan produk tertentu serta menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Whitebox dan Blackbox dapat disimpulkan bahwa flowchart ini berjalan efektif dan efisien dan memperoleh hasil yang sesuai.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani adalah perkumpulan para petani yang terdiri dari pengurus dan anggota. Saat ini Kabupaten Pohuwato memiliki kelompok tani sebanyak 1224 kelompok yang tersebar pada 13 kecamatan yang dibawahi oleh Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato. Selama ini pengelolaan informasi dan penyampaiannya hanya melalui penyuluhan dimana pengelolaan informasi yang ada terkadang kurang efektif sehingga sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan di setiap kelompok tani yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato dalam melakukan pendataan kelompok tani secara terpusat dengan merancang serta membangun sebuah sistem informasi untuk mencatat segala informasi mengenai kelompok tani di Kabupaten Pohuwato dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi yang berkaitan dengan Kelompok Tani lebih rinci.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Research and Development atau yang dikenal dengan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Metode ini didefinisikan sebagai metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Berdasarkan pengujian whitebox diperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan perhitungan ciyclometic complexity dan aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dibeberapa jenis handphone android.Kata kunci; Sistem Informasi, Kelompok Tani, Android

Abstract

Field facilitator workers shall guide the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) recipients intensively, either in technical matters or the fund use realization process during construction terms. Guidance is given from planning, implementing a construction, and forming an assistance recipient community group that can construct decent housing independently. Accordingly, field facilitator workers are imperative to guide the BSPS recipient community. Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Gorontalo is still selecting field facilitator workers manually, bringing on assessment errors in the selection process, e.g., selecting field facilitator workers that do not fulfill the requirement. Additionally, the sheer number of applicants overwhelms staff as they have to face off piling files of applicants. It brings about a longer selection process. As such, a systematic selection process based on the determined criteria is important. Later, it can act as a reference. It is called a decision-supporting system. Our decision-supporting system aims to help make decisions to select field facilitator workers guiding the BSPS recipient community using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The results point out Bambang achieved the highest final score of 87.675. Hence, MFEP in the supporting system is a recommended method to make decisions to select field facilitator workers guiding the BSPS recipient community in building decent housing.

Abstract

Housing is a basic need that is essential for human life. Some members of the community rely on home ownership credit facilities (KPR) to achieve homeownership. Therefore, Bank Paro Dana offers KPR to support the increasing housing needs of the community. However, it is important for customers to understand the calculation mechanism and payment system of KPR that are safe and suitable for their needs, as well as to understand the varying interest rates in KPR and be cautious in facing market interest rate uncertainties. The problems encountered so far are the high-interest rates and installments that must be paid. Therefore, an effective and efficient method is needed in managing KPR installment payments, supported by the development of an information system that can automatically and transparently manage monthly installment calculations and assist customers in making payments. Hence, this research aims to implement the sliding rate method in the housing credit payment information system. The testing results using the white box technique obtained V(G) = 2 and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 2, indicating that the proposed system can be concluded as effective and efficient. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the quality of service to customers can be improved through a better information system and provide a positive contribution to the development of the KPR payment system, thus providing maximum benefits for all parties involved

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara play a crucial role in helping students recognize their potential, interests, and the problems they face. This study aims to develop an Android-based guidance and counseling information system by integrating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) approach as a tool for identifying students' personality types. The system is designed to present the MBTI questionnaire, automatically analyze the results, and provide counseling recommendations that correspond to each student's personality type. Testing was conducted on 60 eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara. The results show that the system is capable of effectively classifying personality types and delivering relevant recommendations. The most commonly found personality types were INFP, ESTJ, and ISFJ. Both students and guidance counselors responded positively to the system's usability, ease of use, and clarity. Although limitations remain in terms of advanced personalization and data integration, the approach has proven to enhance the quality of counseling services in a more adaptive and technology-based manner.
