Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) menganalisis pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah, (2) menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah, (3) menganalisis pengaruh peran kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja sekolah di SMK Swasta Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten PemalangPopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Swasta di Kecamatan Taman Pemalang sebanyak 252 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 146  sesuai  teori yang dikembangkan oleh Isacc dan Michael (Sugiyono, 2010: 126) dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%. Penetapan sampel menggunaklan teknik proporsional random sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) korelasi variabel peran kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah sebesar 0,471 cukup kuat,  dengan pengaruh variabel peran kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah sebesar  22,7%, (2) korelasi variabel iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah sebesar 0,238 rendah,  dengan pengaruh variabel iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah adalah  sebesar 23,8%, (3) hasil uji regresi ganda diperoleh besaran nilai R2 adalah 0,224 artinya bahwa besaranya pengaruh variabel supervisi kepala sekolahdan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja sekolah adalah 22,4%, sedangkan variabel lain yang berpengaruh adalah sebesar 85,3%, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2,129 + 0,405 X1 + 0,045 X2.

Abstract

Irresponsible consumption and production behavior is one of the causes of increasing environmental damage, waste of resources, and weakening moral awareness in modern society. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping students' mindsets and behaviors to align with Islamic values ​​that emphasize balance, simplicity, and responsibility towards nature. This literature study aims to analyze how PAI can contribute to fostering responsible consumption and production behavior through the integration of Islamic ethical values. The method used is a literature review of journals, books, and relevant research results on consumption ethics in Islam, character education, and PAI learning practices. The results of the study indicate that key concepts in Islam such as the prohibition of isrāf (excess), tabdzīr (waste), the principle of mīzān (balance), and amanah (trust) in utilizing resources, provide a strong moral foundation for shaping sustainable consumption and production behavior. PAI serves as an effective educational tool through the integration of these values ​​into the curriculum, learning models, and daily practices of students. Project-based learning, teacher role models, and a contextual approach have proven effective in instilling ecological awareness and ethical consumption. This study concludes that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) not only serves as a transfer of religious knowledge but also as an instrument for developing ecological character that supports the creation of a sustainable society.
