Abstract

Decision making by considering is very important in an institution. Generally, in choosing a solution of the problem is only take from a meeting, discussion or vote among the leader of each division. But it usually needs more time if the problems are the repetitive and less measurable,  then it takes an application so that decision-making to be effective, efficient, systematic and measurable. This application use decision table method to classifies each risk by considering the scale of likelihood and consequence, then of both these parameters will be taken risk management matrix that will determine the best solution.  This application not absolutely and only help to give the recommendation with the minimum value, so on each solution and risk have a value and the test results of the respondents indicated that the application is able to assist institutions in decision-making as much as 50 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring real-time berbasis Arduino Nano untuk mengukur parameter kualitas limbah cair industri tahu, meliputi suhu (DS18B20 Sensor), pH (pH Meter V1.0), dan TDS (TDS Sensor), disertai analisis akurasi, nilai error, dan prosedur kalibrasi terhadap alat ukur standar. Sistem dirancang sebagai instrumen elektronik utama yang bersifat portabel, terintegrasi dengan komunikasi Bluetooth HC-05 dan antarmuka LCD 20×4. Pengujian kalibrasi sensor suhu menghasilkan rata-rata error sebesar 0,23°C (akurasi 99,2%), sensor pH menghasilkan error rata-rata 0,08 pH (akurasi 98,9%), dan sensor TDS menghasilkan error rata-rata 15,4 ppm (akurasi 97,8%), dibandingkan terhadap alat ukur laboratorium terstandarisasi. Sistem divalidasi pada pengolahan limbah cair tahu menggunakan metode flokulasi Ca(OH)₂. Hasil monitoring menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Ca(OH)₂ optimal sebesar 5 gram pada kondisi pengadukan 60 rpm selama 15 menit meningkatkan pH dari 4,88 menjadi 6,6 (peningkatan 35,2%) dan meningkatkan nilai TDS dari 1.298 ppm menjadi 1.320 ppm. Sistem yang dikembangkan terbukti mampu menghasilkan data kontinu yang reliabel untuk mendukung evaluasi proses pengolahan limbah di skala UMKM.
