Abstract

 Abstract.The purpose of this study to analyse of capital structure, dividend policy, firm size, managerial stockownership and profitability of the value of manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Samplingwas carried out with saturated sampling method that all 15 companies is used as a sample. Analysis of the datain this study using multiple regression. The results showed that the capital structure, dividend policy, the size ofthe company and profitability positive and significant effect of the company value, while the managerial stockownership does not effect the value of the company. Keywords :Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Firm Size, Managerial Stock Ownership And Profitability OfValue companies Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, ukuranperusahaan, kepemilikan saham manajerial dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufakturdi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh yaitu 15perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresiberganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, ukuranperusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,sedangkan kepemilikan saham manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci :Struktur Modal,Kebijakan Dividen, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan SahamManajerialDan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai perusahaan
