Abstract

Abstract; Schooling anxiety is one of the academic problems in optimizing the student performance. This study aims at 1) describing factors of the teaching-learning process which make the schooling anxiety appear, 2) comparing the above factors and 3) finding out the dominat factor. The results inform that there are 3 factors triggering the school anxiety, i.e. classroom management, classroom discipline and material presentation. Further analysis shows that material presentation is the most dominant factor and classroom managemant is the least. Abstrak;Kecemasan adalah asalah satu masalah dalam mengoptimalkan perfoma siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mendeskripsikan factor-faktor dalam proses belajar mengajar yang menyebabkan kecemasan muncul. 2) membandingkan factor-faktor tersebut 3) mengetahui factor dominan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 faktor yang memicu kecemasan : manajemen kelas, disiplin kelas dan materi presentasi. Lebih jauh analisa menunjukkan bahwa materi presentasi adalah factor paling dominan dan manajemen kelas paling kurang.
