<![CDATA[Abstrak : Dinamika Negara-Negara Teritori Asing di Kawasan Pasifik Barat Daya, Tidak lagi menjadi rahasia umum bahwa hampir semua Negara teritori Asing di kawasan pasifik barat daya merupakan wilayah yang tanpa ke pemerintahan dan telah dikelola oleh Negara bekas koloni. Terdapat keuntungan dan kerugian yang diperoleh oleh Negara-negara yang sistem pemerintahannya diatur oleh Negara koloni misalnya segala bentuk dan jenis kebijakan yang diatur dan ditetapkan oleh Negara koloni tanpa harus mempertimbangkan atau mendengar aspirasi Negara-negara teritori. Kadangkala kebijakannya merugikan bahkan cenderung mengeksploitasi masyarakat di negara-negara teritori asing pasifik barat daya. Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi oleh Negara-negara teritori adalah akses terhadap dunia luar yang sulit sebab wilayahnya terpencil dan akses informasi yang minim akibatnya kegiatan ekonomi lumayan sulit untuk terlaksana dengan baik. Pokok kajian dalam tulisan ini adalah terkait profil dan sejarah Negara-negara teritori Pasifik barat daya.
