<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are : (1) To know the principles of guidance and counseling teacher interpersonal communication on the level of delinquency students in junior high school 2 Enrekang, (2) To find out how the application of the principles of guidance and counseling teacher interpersonal communication on the level of delinquency students in junior high school 2 Enrekang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that, The Communication between counselor and counselee already contain the principles of interpersonal communication in it, but the application of the principles of interpersonal communication in the counseling process still needs to be improved. The reseacrh also found several obstacles in the counseling process. One of the obstacles is the lack of self-disclosure as a counselee to express his feelings or problems. Keyword : Interpersonal communications, Principles of interpersonal communications, counseling ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah; (1) Untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip komunikasi interpersonal guru Bimbingan Konseling terhadap tingkat kenakalan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang , (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi interpersonal guru Bimbingan Konseling terhadap tingkat kenakalan siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh konselor kepada konselee sudah memuat prinsip-prinsip komunikasi interpersonal didalamnya, namun penerapan prinsip-prinsip komunikaksi interpersonal dalam proses konseling masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa hambatan-hambatan dalam proses konseling, salah satu hambatan itu adalah masih kurangnya keterbukaan dari siswa selaku konselee untuk mengungkapkan perasaan-perasaan atau masalah-masalahnya]]>
