Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan bauran dan indikator promosi yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian suatu produk. Sampel penelitian ini sebannyak 105 orang n=105) mahasiswa STIE LMII, Medan tahun akademik 2018-2019. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan model persamaan struktural. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa bauran promosi secara simultan, yaitu publicity dan sales promotion, dan secara parsial, yaitu publicity, sales promosion, dan direct marketing merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi prilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian handpone. Berdasarkan indikator sales promotion, yaitu (1) mengarahkan perhatian konsumen terhadap produk, (2) mendorong calon konsumen untuk membeli, dan (3) membangkitkan keinginan calon konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian, serta faktor publicity, yaitu pemberitaan produk secara actual merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian suatu produk. Abstract

Co-operative is a legal entity established by an individual or cooperative legal entity, with the separation of the wealth of itsmembers as capital to run the business, which meets the aspirations and common needs in the economic, social, andcultural fields in accordance with the values and principles of the cooperative. There is a positive effect of credit returns onfinancial performance. So that if the number of member loans increases then the Financial Performance increases. Theamount of credit refund at Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) soraya Pakpakbarat every year. There was a significant positiveinfluence on the interaction between credit edifices and financial performance of 62.5 while the rest was influenced by othervariables not included in the research model.

Abstract

In this study, honorary employees received salaries, but there were honorary employees who received wages, such asambulance coordinators and ambulance drivers. They get a reward when there are patients who need an ambulance, andthe coordinator also gets a reward for being tasked with coordinating the use of the ambulance car. All matters relating tosalary and wages shall be supported by forms, records or other supporting evidence in accordance with generally applicableregulations, or regulations made and applicable within the company. Researchers have also conducted preliminary researchand obtained general data on how the process of Payroll and Wage Accounting Information System in Tarutung RegionalGeneral Hospital. The procedure begins with the making of the payroll and wages by the administration, then the payroll andwages are sent to the finance department and then the finance department sends the payroll to the bank and the financedepartment sends the salary to the honorary employees, while for the wages will be directly given to the recipient through anintermediary. Then the finance department will issue cash outgoing evidence that will be used as a basic proof of salary andwage payments to hospital employees. Payroll and Wage Accounting Information System in Tarutung Regional GeneralHospital has not run effectively and efficiently, which has not been effective, because sometimes there are still employeeswho do activities about payroll and wages manually, such as in the process of wages, although there are procedures butsometimes the provision of wages is done manually, because when making wage payments manually, employees consider iteasier and easier to realize than following existing procedures , because wages are rare in this hospital.

Abstract

Information systems for management facilitate their tasks effectively and efficiently. Effective means a measure of the level of use of resources in a process. The less use of resources, the more efficient the process. Efficient processes are characterized by process improvements, making them cheaper and faster. Whereas efficient means a measure of the level of fulfillment of output or process objectives.The higher the achievement of targets or process objectives, the process is said to be more effective. An effective process is characterized by process improvement, so that it becomes better and safer. Accounting information systems can collect, classify, process, analyze and communicate financial information, thereby helping companies launch business activities therein.
