Abstract

ABSTRACTHeadmaster as a manager, administrator and educator, as the manager of the school, each day is never quiet in the process of problem solving and decision making. Ability to solve problems can be improved and gained, not only through education and training, but can be obtained and experiences during the lead school, independent study, reading books or literature. Principal plays a vital role in the quality of education. Principal increasingly required to enhance the quality of their professionalism in order to improve the quality of output (output) units of work. It is recognized that the education process not only takes place in school, but lasted well beyond the school. However the Head of School is good, very big responsibility in schools and things that can be done in an environment outside of school. Quality education in school is influenced by factors. One of them is the Principal factor managerial influence on the process of education in their schools. Therefore, any attempt to improve / enhance the quality of school management should be viewedas part of a major effort to improve the quality of education.Keywords: Headmaster, manager, management, education

ABSTRACTMany people in society are not satisfied with the quality of education in our country. Obviously we often hear phrases like, "our country hasn’t had good quality of education yet", "development of education in Indonesia is very slow and left behind from other countries", "when are we going to make progress if our education system is still running in place”. Abstract

ABSTRACTPlanned implementation of regional autonomy has been started since enacted in 2001 which refers again to the latest two laws, namely: Law No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government and the number 33 of 2004 on Fiscal Balance- Regional Center. Autonomy with the affairs of the Authority shall be to all services delivered indirectly to the district / city and province with the General Allocation Fund (DAU), whereas dealings with the option Special Allocation Fund (DAK). Abstract

AbstractParental factors determine the establishment of children’s intelligence in the process of maintaining, actualizing and giving meaning to their spiritual life. In the process of socialization of the children, there are various parties that may play roles. These parties can be categorized as a certain social group and particular individual. Discussing the issue of education and children development is something endless. At the present time we can see there are many advanced steps that have been recorded from the research and discovery about new theories of education. This brings great hope for the development of the teaching or education system, as well as making a significant contribution in improving the learning process in education that has been trapped by a narrow pragmatism system. In addition, the output of the school is also oftencontributing to a disorientation of personality.
