Abstract

PT. Prospecta Garmindo merupakan perusahaan garmen yang terletak di Klaten. Dalam proses produksi masih mengutamakan tenaga manusia dalam penanganan mulai dari gudang hingga finishing. Namun dengan waktu yang lama tersebut tidak diiringi dengan penggunaan meja dan kursi yang baik dan memperhatikan kenyamanan kerja. Terbukti dengan analisa nordic body map didapatkan total skor persegmen keluhan mosculoskeletal yang paling tinggi yaitu punggung skor 12, paha kiri skor 11, pinggang, pergelangan tangan kiri, pergelangan tangan kanan, paha kanan skor 10. Metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) digunakan untuk mendapatkan desain produk yang baik dan memiliki ukuran yang nyaman digunakan bagi karyawan heat transfer. Untuk perancangan stasiun kerja heat transfer yang ergonomis menggunakan data anthropometri untuk tinggi meja 75 cm, panjang meja 120 cm, lebar meja 63,12 cm dan tinggi kursi 59 cm, panjang kursi 40,18 cm, lebar kursi 34,82 cm. Hasil implementasi perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan meja dan kursi heat transfer dengan menggunakan nordic body map diperoleh penurunan keluhan karyawan heat transfer yang berarti kenyamanan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan meningkat. Hasil ini menunjukkan ukuran dan desain meja dan kursi heat transfer yang nyaman utuk karyawan.

Abstract

This paper discloses the view concerning the urgency of values of Islamic teaching and values of local wisdom of Bugis people in constructing the system of good governance in Indonesia. Based on what al-Qur’an has insisted that the positive and effective change must be begun from the inner side of awarness and should be done collectively whether in the structural or cultural basis. Inner change encompasses two elements, mindset and knowledge, in such a way the internalization of glorious values from the al-Qur’anic teaching must be done in the self of each indivual and, furthermore, enable to make good social life and good governance as well. This kind of internalization of glorious values also showed in local wisdom of Bugis which is implied in the concept of “ade’”. Acoording to Bugis people, ade’ is an essence of human being, since it is a reason why a man is named as human being. For Bugis people, ade’ is a value. The ethical codes and values are called pangngadereng. There is a number of Local wisdom and values in the ethnic of Bugis, namely: lempu’, amaccang, agettengeng, asitinajang, and reso which must be internalized and applied in this life then, in further way, have direct implication for good social life and also for good governance. By means of comparative-descriptive method, this paper attempts to portrait these two points of view and hopefully it can show the conformity between them with respect to glorious values and wisdom.

Abstract

In its relation with the Human Resources aspect Development Agency of Human Resources Development of Transportation, has strategic role in supervising the human resources of transportation, include in it supervision on the personnel or human resources performers of the activities in the implementation and service in the area of transportation, whether managerially as well as operational technique. Education and training for Development of Human Resources of Transportation is very important because it will help the procurement and update of the knowledge and skills of the employees in accordance with the competency standard needed. Therefore it is expected the transportation service level to the public in the future will be higher. The purpose of this Paper writing is to obtain an educational design and training related to the Development Strategy of Transportation Human Resources, it is expected to be able to support the activity of Economic, Social, Culture, Security Defense and Politic through its role to what extent in the area of transportation needed in Indonesia as well as international market currently and in the future in accordance with the competency standard/ skills needed. The objective is to prepare a design in the form of framework and structure which are able to identify and to provide Education and Training about the Strategy of Human Resources Development of Transportation.

Abstract

Pemilihan lokasi yang tepat sangat penting karena pendirian cabangbaru BPR X ditujukan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah dan calon nasabah yang ada di lokasi tersebut. Untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam memilih lokasi maka penting untuk mengetahui kriteria-kriteria lokasi yang potensial untuk usaha bisnis perbankan sebagai dasar dalam menentukan lokasi terbaik, selain itu diperlukan metode yang tepat yaitu metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat mengkuantitatifkan data kualitatif dan metode yang mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria dalam pengambilan keputusannya.Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menyelesaikan masalah dengan memecah ke dalam kelompok-kelompoknya kemudian diatur menjadi suatu bentuk hirarki. Metode AHP memakai persepsi manusia yang dianggap ahli sebagai input utamanya, selain itu metode ini memperhitungkan hal-hal kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta memiliki skala perbandingan yang jelas, bersifat resiprokal dan hasil keputusan mudah dianalisis.Kriteriayang didapat untuk dasar penentuan pembukaan kantor cabang dengan bobot tertinggi adalahkriteria kriminalitas sebesar 0,542dan bobot terendah adalah kriteria jumlah bank sebesar 0,047. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai performansi, lokasi terbaik adalah Kecamatan Bantul mendapatkan nilai sebesar 3,798 sedangkan Kecamatan Banguntapan nilainya 3,207merupakan pilihan kedua.

Abstract

Islamic education must be able to assist humans in developing the basic potentials of Islamic humans, including the creation of noble character, ethics, and perfect morals. Morals must go through a certain treatment process if someone wants to have good morals. To develop good morals or Islamic morals itself, one of them can be pursued through educational activities or processes, especially Islamic education. This research uses library research. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques and data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis. Syekh Nawawi al-Bantani in education is very much oriented to religious values ​​and how to make God the target object in the educational process so that some researchers classify him as a Conservative Religious scholar. The concepts of educational thought, especially those related to moral education, are still very relevant to be applied in today's contemporary era.
