Abstract

This study aimed to observe the influence of two sources of juvenile tiger grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus (Forsskål, 1775) from the sea and the hatchery by several types of food (pellets, tilapia anchovies). Growing Studies were carried out above 9600 juvenile tiger grouper from two sources namely differing from the sea of 4800 juvenile and 4800 juvenile hatchery from hatching. The design of treament were done by 2x3  with four replications. During the 30 day rearing period, each 5 days is taken  sampling total body length (cm) juvenile tiger grouper. The results showed that during the rearing period the value of marine juvenile grouper only high growth in juvenile ate anchovies and tilapia except on day 5 and 30, and could not adapt to the food from the pellet. While in hatchery juvenile tiger grouper had high growth to consume pellets only and could not adapt well to the food of tilapia and except anchovies on day 15th.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of feeding different natural against the survival and growth rate (absolute growth of long, heavy growth of absolute and specific growth rate) fish larvae of peres (Osteochilus sp.). This research was conducted at the Unit Implementing Seed Fish Lukup Badak, Department of livestock and Fisheries Pegasing sub-district, Aceh Tengah District in August to September 2015. The fish test was using fish larvae of peres the aged of 3 days with an average length of 0.4 cm and a weight of 0.001 g/tail. Feed natural feed is used it Daphnia sp., Artemia salina, Tubifex sp and Infusoria. Feeding channeled in adlibitum with feeding frequency 4 times a day. Maintenance was carried out on fish aquariums are equipped with aeration. Fish kept for 15 days. Statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA. The experimental design used completely randomized design (CRD)  with 4 levels of treatment and 3 replication. The treatments done covers different feeding treatments; A (Daphnia sp.), B (Artemia salina), C (Tubifex sp.), and D (Infusoria). The results of the ANOVA showed that the natural feeding of different influential real against the survival of larval fish growth rate and peres (Osteochilus sp.). Advanced test Duncan also showed that feeding Artemia salina gives the best results in terms of survival (98%), growth of absolute weight (1.02 g), growth of the absolute length (8.81 mm) and specific growth rate (5.68%). These results differ markedly (P 0.05) with the type of Daphnia sp. feeding Tubifex sp, sp and Infusoria. This research aims to analyze the effect of feeding different natural against the survival and growth rate (absolute growth of long, heavy growth of absolute and specific growth rate) fish larvae of peres (Osteochilus sp.). Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of milkfish (Euthynnus affinis). The research was conducted at Bachish Water Aquaculture Development Center on November, 2015. The research  used the nonfactorial Completely Randomized Design method with fine treatments: control (Nannochloropsis sp.), 2 gram, 4 gram, 6 gram and 8 gram of milkfish fed to rotifers with four repetitions. The result of ANOVA showed that the different mass of milkfish ted to rotifers gave the significant effect (P0.05) on the growth rate of rotifers. The higher growth rate of rotifers (10.08 ind/ml) obtained at 8 gram of milkfish as much of 10.08 ind/mlTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) terhadap pertumbuhan rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis).
