Abstract

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Abstract

Charles Sanders Peirce was an important figures as the foundation of pragmatism about the truth seeking's theory. He was called the father of pragmatism. According to Milton K. Munitz's review, Peirce's tought of science philosophy is divided into the Nature of Belief, Methods of Effectiveness of Opinion, Investigation: Truth and Reality, Theory of Meaning. Peirce viewed that to achieve a belief about truth, it must fulfill three basic characteristics, thats are propositions, judgments, and habits of thought. Peirce's thought of truth-seeking theory will give a positive contribution in the learning of Islamic Basic Education Science, including: Giving a contribution to the explanation of the theory of thinking in finding and exploring the truth of a meaning that has been believed; Contributing to the dynamic thought concept; Providing discourse on the development of new learn strategies Science of Islamic Basic Education for educators which includes stages: committed to results, exposing beliefs, expressing beliefs, accommodating concepts, expressing concepts and go beyond.

Abstract

Indonesia: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan dan hasil penerapan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran permainan tradisional boi-boian dalam menanamkan pola pikir sains anak sekolah dasar.Desain pengembangan yang diterapkan peneliti adalah desain research and development yang dikembangkan oleh R. Walter Gall, JP. Gall dan WR. Borg. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan: strategi pembelajaran yang dipilih guru lebih menekankan pada metode ceramah, dikte dan hafalan sehingga belum mampu menanamkan pola pikir sains secara maksimal. Pola pikir peserta didik cenderung pasif; Guru belum pernah menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif; Pengujian perbedaan hasil evaluasi penggunaan strategi dengan independent sample t-test menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, yaitu dengan nilai t hitung > dari pada t tabel (2,226> 2,015) dan P value (0,03 < 0,05) dengan rata-rata nilai kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen (78.96 < 82.57), serta dinyatakan lebih aktif dalam hal mengamati, menanya, berargumen, mendengarkan dan kepercayaan diri. Kata Kunci: strategi; permainan boi-boian; pola pikir sains; sekolah dasar DEVELOPING TRADITIONAL GAME OF BOI-BOIAN TO IMPLANT SCIENTIFIC THINKING IN CHILDREN OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL English: This research doing aimed to know the developing stage and the result of implementing the development traditional game boi-boian as an strategy to implant scientific thinking in children of elementary school. The implementation design from the researcher here is research and development version Borg and Gall consists of 10 stages. Analysis result needed from teachers and students shows that: teaching strategies selected more emphasis on lecturing, dictation and memorization methods,so as not to be able to implant the scientific thinking to the fullest. Mindset learners tend to be passive, the teacher never implemented cooperative learning strategie. The calculation using independent sample t-test shows the result that there is significant difference of the value between the control class and the experiment class, that is the t-count is greater than t-table (2,226> 2,015) and P value (0,03 < 0,05), and the average control and experiment class (78.96 < 82.57) andexperiment class is more active.Keywords: strategy; boi-boian game; scientific thinking; elementary school
