Abstract

Abstract: The formilition of the poblem in this study is weather the students interest in partiipatian in scout’s ectracurriculer ativuities is onsidered high. The aim of this study to determine the levelbof student’s interest in participating scout’s extracurriculer activity in senior high school of YLPI Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research is the first step in applaying all knowledge that has been gained during the leturing and gain the knowledge and insight on matters relating to the student’s interest in participating in scout activities. This is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Population in this study is 290 people. Sampling in this study by using purposive. Instrument used in this study was a questionarecontaining 75 statements, the studen’s intereset in participating scout’s extraurriculer in senior high school of YLPI Pekanbaru with indicators: 1) ceremony, 2) Line, 3) Rigging, 4) Cipher, 5) Compas, 6) Scout, 7)  Social activity, 8) Scout. The result of this study is that the student’s interest in participating scout extracurriculer activites in senior high shool of YLPI Pekanbaru is high. Keywords: Interest, Extracurricural, Scout.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui perencanaan home industri roti khas Bandung. 2) mengetahui pengorganisasian home industri roti khas Bandung. 3) mengetahui pelaksanaan home industri roti khas Bandung. 4) mengetahui pengawasan home industri roti khas Bandung. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan memeberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang keadaan yang sedang berlangsung pada objek peneliti yaitu Home Industri Roti Khas Bandung Dalam Menjalankan Usahanya di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Roti Khas Bandung Dalam Menjalankan Usahanya di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari 1) Perencanaan home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Bahan baku home industri roti khas Bandung (b) Pelayanan home industri roti khas Bandung (c) Pemasaran home industri roti khas Bandung. 2) Pengorganisasian home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Struktur organisasi home industri roti khas Bandung (b) Pembagian tugas home industri roti khas Bandung. 3) Pelaksanaan home industri roti khas Bandung (a)Proses produksi roti khas Bandung (b) Proses pemasaran roti khas Bandung 4) Pengawasan home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Pengawasan proses produksi roti khas Bandung (a) Pengawasan proses pemasaran roti khas Bandung. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Home industri roti khas Bandung dalam memproduksi roti mengunakan bahan baku tepung terigu, air, gula, garam, mentega, dan ragi instan. Home industri roti khas Bandung dipimpin oleh Bapak Gunawan sekaligus sebagai pemilik yang membawahi empat orang karyawan. Pengawasan proses pemasaran dengan cara menyediakan buku catatan penjualan. Kemapuan produksi home industri roti khas Bandung dari tahun ketahun selalu meningkat, pada tahun 2012 memproduksi 1.200 roti perhari lalu mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2014 mencapai 1.600 produksi roti perhari.   Kata Kunci: Profil, Keterampuilan Karyawan, Home, Industri, Roti, Khas Bandung

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research whether the learning style of students group C at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru is classified good level. And the objective of this research in order to know about learning style of students group C at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This is descriptive research by quantitative approach. In addition, the researcher chose thirty people as the samples of this research that was taken from fifty people as the population of this research. The researcher took the samples by using random sampling. In collecting data, the researcher used questionnaire as the research instrument which contains forty statements. Furthermore, the alternative answer of each statement has four categories which always category is given score 4, an often category is scored 3, sometimes categories is scored 2, and never categories is scored 1. Based on the research findings, learning style of students group C at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru is excellent. It was proven from the description of data recapitulation as the follows: 1) in the ways of making schedules, there are 91,2 % respondents determined always and often, 2) in the ways of reading, there is 89,6% respondents determined always and often, 3) in the ways of reviewing the material, there are 85,7% respondents stated always and often, 4) in the ways of concentrating, there are 91,4% stated always and often, 5) in the ways of doing tasks, there are 89,8 % stated always and often. Therefore, the researcher concluded that the learning style of students group C is classified excellent. Keywords: Learning Style, Students, Group C

Abstract

Abstract: The background of thisresearch isthe lack housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK in Desa lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Formulatiaon of the problem of this study is whether the housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK in Desa Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak classified as positive or negative. The purpose of this study was to determine the housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK in Desa Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The population in thisstudy were 55 PKK and the sample 35 PKK with a critical level of 10%, the sample used is random sampling. Instrument collecting data questionnaire with 88 statements and after the trial lived 81 valid statement to be made in the instument of sereach. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Presentation of claculation housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK seen from the cognitive component indicators that states could not agree (SS) of 28,34%, agree (S) of 33,60%, less agree (KS) of 25,27%, and disagree (TS) of 13,82%. Presentation of claculation housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK seen from the affective component indicators that states could not agree (SS) of 33,02%, agree (S) of 34,72%, less agree (KS) of 23,28%, and disagree (TS) of 8,99%. Presentation of claculation housewife attitude towards 10 program PKK seen from the conative component indicators that states could not agree (SS) of 32,43%, agree (S) of 39,73%, less agree (KS) of 18,71%, and disagree (TS) of 8,47%.
