Abstract

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to determine the organizing principle of CLC Sari Tassel Coastal District of the city of Pekanbaru, namely: (i) the purpose of the organization, (ii) organizing the division of labor, (iii) the responsibility of the organizing authority, (iv) coordination, focus of the study include aspects where (place), actors (actor), and activity (activity) performed by CLC Sari Tassel Coastal District of the city of Pekanbaru.This study used a qualitative research method of this type of ethnography, ethnography is to describe culture as such or seek buadaya theme.Informants in this study is the leaders of the CLC Sari as an informant core, administrative staff as informants control, and tutors as key informants. As for how to collect the data is by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation.Collecting and analyzing data using Spradley models are: (1) the domain analysis, (2) analysis of taxonomy, (3) analysis komponensial and (4) analysis of the cultural theme. In accordance with the appropriate discussion and research purposes, it can be concluded: 1). The aim is to explore the potential of community organizing in learning needs, foster interest in learning to the learners as well as take advantage of the potential that exists within themselves wrga learning. 2). The division of labor is the organizing institution leaders CLC Sari divide the work in accordance with their expertise and their functions. 3). Responsibility in organizing authority is the leader of the institution determines that the program will be held in accordance with the needs of the learners. 4). Coordination is a leader in organizing CLC Sari organize and plan all the programs on the CLC and assisted by the members. 5). Responsibilities in the organization are administrative staff and tutors are given the task of taking care of correspondence and teaching. 6). Labor discipline in the organization are the actors who have been given the task of carrying out their duties properly. 7). Motivation in the organization are the actors provide motivation among fellow members and residents to learn. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the entrepreneurial character FKIP University student Pekanbaru. The problem was how high the entrepreneurial character mean FKIP UR students. The aim of this study was to determine the level of entrepreneurial character FKIP UR students. The population in this study were 192 students UR department and the study sample was 32 students were taken using quota sampling technique. Instrument of data collection questionnaire with 117 statements and after a stay of 110 tested a valid statement to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Instruments used in this study was a questionnaire containing 110 items entrepreneurial character statement FKIP University student Pekanbaru, Riau, with the indicator 1) the commitment and determination, 2) the desire to assume responsibility 3) always seize opportunities, 4) risk-taking is measured, 5) self-esteem, 6) creativity and fleksibelita, 7) desire immediate feedback, 8) high energy levels (energy), 9) are motivated to achieve success, 10) future oriented, 11) the willingness to learn from mistakes, 12) capable lead, 13) diligently, 14) oriented goals, 15) and innovation, 16) knowledgeable. Alternative responses categories for each item statement strongly agree (SS) was scored 5, agree (S) was given a score of 4, less agree (KS) is given a score of 3, disagree (TS) is given a score of 2, and strongly disagree (STS) is given score 1. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the lack of services provided by the cadre's in Desa Kasang Limau Sundau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The research problems are how high perception of couples of childbearing age against cadre's services in Desa Kasang Limau Sundau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study was to determine how high the perception of couples of childbearing age against cadre's services in Desa Kasang Limau Sundai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study as many as 70 people to learn and sample the citizens of this 41 dambil using random sampling techniques. Instrument collecting data questionnaire with 41 statements and after trials, stay 35 valid statement to be made in the research instrument. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Recapitulation of calculations of mean and SD answers obtained results based on the indicators 1) Selection of 4.57 and 0.75 SD 0,75. 2) preparation by 4.51 and 0.83 SD, and 3) interpretation by 4.51 and 0.87 SD. That is the perception of couples of childbearing age against cadre's service is very high and as expected. Key words: perception, couples of childbearing age, service cadre
