Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies IV SD N 022 Sintong fourth graderes still low with an average value of 58.00 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 70. Between students, amounting to 20 people only 8 students who achieve classical KKM with 40%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class IV at SD N 022 Sintong with implementation cooperative learning model type Berkirim Salam . Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Berkirim Salam can improve students achievement of social studies at SD N 022 Sintong. The research was conducted on February 2, 2016 ‘to February 18, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SD N 022 Sintong, totaling 20 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 58.00. In the first cycle improve an average of 75.50 and an improve in the second with an average 82.50. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 66.67% and the second meeting improve to 77.78%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting improve.Keywords: cooperative learning model type Berkirim Salam and improve students and Economic

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is to analyze the phenomenon of self-presentation carried out by celebrities in Pekanbaru through Instagram social media. The main problem in this research is how to present oneself on Instagram social media. m Qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of Dramaturgy by Erving Goffman. In presenting oneself, it is necessary to have a stage as a place that can be divided into two, namely the front stage and the back stage. The research results obtained by self-presentation on Instagram social media have the goal they want, namely what they want to get after presenting themselves is to get the attention of their followers, want to be recognized on Instagram social media, and want to make mementos that can be stored in story archives. on Instagram and want to get engagement. In contrast to the back stage appearance that the celebrity got, they did not think about the target market.

Abstract

Koneng Beach is one of the seaside tourist attractions in Medang Kampai District, Dumai City. An area directly facing Malaysia with attractive marine tourism potential. Starting from 2017, Koneng Beach has been successfully visited by hundreds of thousands of visitors with its natural attractions, implementation of tourism communications, and all the supporting facilities that support tourists in visiting Koneng Beach. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism communication and managerial communication management in increasing tourist visits to Koneng Medang Kampai Beach, Dumai City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data examination technique uses triangulation. The results of this research show that the tourism communication activities carried out to increase tourist visits to Koneng Medang Kampai Beach, Dumai City involve the management, government and also tourists as communicators. Message management is informative and communicative, using social media such as Tiktok and Facebook, online media such as the official DISKOPAR website and using print media in the form of brochures and banners. The general public is involved as communicants with feedback from Koneng beach tourism becoming known. Management in developing tourist destinations is very good in increasing tourist visits. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada peran komunikasi persuasif dalam upaya penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi antar masyarakat nelayan tradisional dengan masyarakat nelayan modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : faktor penyebeb terjadinya konflik antar nelayan tradisional dengan nelayan modern, dan bagaimana peran komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan dalam penyelesaian konflik, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama penelitian, data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari nara sumber dan didukung dokumen sesuai penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam usaha penyelesaian konflik melalui komunikasi persuasif yaitu dengan cara; negosiasi, mediasi, fasilitasi dan diplomasi, konfrontatif. Efektifitas strategi komunikasi yang dalam menyelasaikan konflik tersebut telah mempengaruhi pembuat kebijakan dan keputusan pemerintah daerah, akan tetapi secara keseluruhan konflik belum dapat diselesaikan secara tuntas karena masih terjadinya pelanggaran-pelanggaran terhadap kebijakan dan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik antar masyarakat nelayan tradisional dengan masyarakat nelayan modern di Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis adalah faktor budaya, sosial, ekonomi, dan faktor hukum.Kata Kunci: komunikasi persuasif, konflik
