Abstract

Abstrak:Hal mendasar yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah bahwa materi struktur atom merupakan  materi yang pertama dalam  pembelajaran kimia di SMA yang materinya sebagian teori dan sebagian hitungan sederhana, sehingga sangat cocok untuk diterapkan model pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe TGT, karena mewakili semua kemampuan siswa. Ada siswa yang kuat menghafal teori, ada juga siswa yang kuat berhitung sehingga ketika di turnamenkan nanti semua siswa akan merasa semangat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Al-khairaat Pusat Palu tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Dengan sampel penelitian kelas Xc sebagai kelas eksperimen (pembelajaran dengan menggunakan TGT) yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas Xd sebagai kelas kontrol (pembelajaran konvensional) yang berjumlah 30 siswadengan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan ( Purposive Sampling ). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa tes hasil belajar kimia yang telah diuji validitas, realiabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t satu pihak yaitu uji pihak kanan. Hasil analisis data  diperoleh  skor  rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen = 16,8 dengan standar deviasi = 4 dan untuk kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata = 7,5 dengan standar deviasi 5. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh harga thitung = 7,89 dan ttabel = 1,67 dengan taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05. Jadi  ttabel< thitung yang berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran  kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik pada mata pelajaran kimia pokok bahasan struktur atom, dari pada tanpa penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament.   Kata-kata kunci: kooperatif,  Team Games Tournament, struktur atom

Abstract

Abstract

Teachers are a component that influences the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teacher competency on teacher performance in elementary schools throughout Nagari Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 104 PNS/PPPK teachers at elementary schools in Nagari Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. The sample size used the Slovin formula, so a sample of 51 respondents was obtained and the sampling technique used random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. The results of the research show that partially pedagogical competence, personality competence and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, while social competence has no effect and is not significant on teacher performance and simultaneously pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence simultaneously have an effect significant to teacher performance, this shows the influence of all variables on teacher performance. Schools need to improve through collaboration with various parties, namely the government, community, private sector, especially with the education and culture department because quality teachers are the guarantor of the quality of education.

Abstract

One of the refocusing of the budget that occurred in 2020 is the focus on the Health Sector. However, the low absorption of the budget and the failure to achieve performance targets in the health sector indicate that there are problems related to government performance which should be managed economically, efficiently, and effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence of the government's internal control system and the implementation of e-budgeting on the performance of local government agencies in the health sector through the implementation of good government governance. The study used a quantitative descriptive verification method with a sample of 28 Governments in West Java. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS. The results show that SPIP has a direct or indirect effect on performance through the implementation of good government governance, SPIP has no effect on performance and implementation of GGG through the implementation of e-budgeting, implementation of e-budgeting has a direct effect on GGG, e-budgeting implementation has no effect on performance, SPIP has no effect on the implementation of e-budgeting, the implementation of GGG has an effect on performance, the implementation of e-budgeting has an indirect effect on performance through good government governance.
