Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil riset bertujuan untukmenganalisis dampak culture organisasi serta spiritualitas ditempat kerja terhadap prestasi karyawan UMSurabayaindividual maupun bersama-sama. Populasi dalam riset ini adalah karyawan UMSurabaya. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proposional sampling. Sampel yang terdiri dari 435 pegawai.Adapun cara pencarian data yang dilakukan yaitu dokumentasi dan angket. Sedangkan cara menganalisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil riset secara individual culture organisasi berdampak positif terhadap prestasi pegawai UMSurabaya, spiritualitas ditempat kerja secara bersama-sama berdampak positif terhadap prestasi karyawan UMSurabaya. Kemudian hasil analisis data secara simultan culture organisasi serta ditempat kerja berdampak positif terhadap prestasi karyawan UM Surabaya. Kata Kunci :Culture organisasi, spiritualitas ditempat kerja, prestasi karyawan
