Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of organizational communiccation on the employee motivation (the study on the employee PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya). The method used is the explanatory research method, analyses of the data used are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Data collection tool uses questionnaire distributed to the employess of PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya. The subjects were employees of PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya and determined number of samples of 55 respondents. Data collection done through the distibutn of the questionnaire that has been tested validity and reliability. Based on the result of multiple linear regression  analysis  show that the organizational communiccation variable have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the employee motivation. ABSTRAK Penelitian inipbertujuanhuntukgmenjelaskanspengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan (studi pada PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya). Metode yangpdigunakan adalah metode penelitianpexplanatory,lanalisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif  dan analisis inferensial statistik. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya. Subjek penelitian penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Citra Mitra Anugrah Surabaya yang berjumlahp55 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasldan reabilitasnya. Berdasarkanphasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secarapsimultan dan parsialsterhadap motivasi kerjaqkaryawan.
