<![CDATA[Abstract: The Analysis Of Working Performance Of The Village Secretary To Executing Village Government (Studies in Desa Brangkal Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Mojokerto). They also show the conditional on the performance of the secretary village in the Desa Brangkal appointed civil servants who able to prove the existence of the village secretary improved. However, if it seemed not from totality from work of secretary measurement indicators, but if result of work of village secretary in Desa Brangkal unable to give consistency on the doing the task well in responsibility for the village leader and service to Desa Brangkal society. So, it need to efforts for the achievenment level of performance secretary village in Desa Brangkal. Dalam tujuan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, kondisi tersebut juga memperlihatkan pada kinerja Sekretaris desadi Desa Brangkal yang diangkat menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang membuktikan belum mampu adanya peningkatan kinerja Sekretaris desadalam urusan tugas dan fungsi serta tanggungjawab. Namun jika dilihat tidak secara totalitas melalui indikator-indikator pengukuran kinerja Sekretaris desa, akan tetapi apakah hasil kinerja Sekretaris desatelah tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Sekretaris desadi Desa Brangkal belum mampu memberikan konsistensi dalam urusan pekerjaan baik dalam pertanggungjawaban kepada Kepala desa dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Desa Brangkal.
