The concept of “ contract operationsâ€, where the government still controls the business entity and ask a contractor to provide management services or other services for a certain period. Contractors are paid directly by the governmentfor services rendered, which includes sharing a board field, ranging from civil construction work, consulting services to management. Komsep “contract operationsâ€, dimana pemerintah tepat mengendalikan badan usahanya dan meminta suatu kontraktor untuk memberikan jasa manajemen atau jasa-jasa lainnya selama periode tertentu. Kontraktor dibayar langsung oleh pemerintah atas jasa-jasa yang diberikannya, yang meliputi berbagai bidang yang luas,mulai dari pekerjaan konstruksi sipil, jasa konsultasi sampai manajemen. Setiap BUMN dituntut untuk menerapkan Good Corporate Governance . salah satu strategi untuk mewujudkan GCG adalah dengan kemitraan. Salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan strategi tersebut adalah PT.
