<![CDATA[Abstract: Implementation of Electronic Health Center Information Systems (SIMPUSTRONIK) in County Health Department of Madiun (Studies in County Health Department of Madiun). Electronic Health Center Information Systems (SIMPUSTRONIK) is a program of processing and reporting of data for health services at the Department of Health and the Health Center. SIMPUSTRONIK requires support from hardware , software, operator, as well as communication networks are connected to each other in order to support health services at the health center. SIMPUSTRONIK intended to replace System Recording and Reporting Integrated Health Centers (SP2TP) were still not based IT. The results showed that (1) SIMPUSTRONIK implementation has gone well because it has the aspect of communication, resources, disposition and structure of bureaucracy. (2) The supporting factors which include: clarity of communication between actors and systems of budget independently, while inhibiting factors include: a mismatch of labor with the field and legal basis is still weak. Important recommendation that can be given of this study is the need to tighten the selection reception clerks to better suit the area to be carried, clarify the legal basis, especially in the implementation of SIMPUSTRONIK policies, the need to prepare the budget planning in order to promote the infrastructure, facilities, and infrastructure for the future SIMPUSTRONIK. Abstrak: Implementasi Sistem Pustesmas Elektronik (SIMPUSTRONIK di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Madiun (Studi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Madiun). Sistem Informasi Puskesmas Eletronik (SIMPUSTRONIK) merupakan suatu program pengolahan dan pelaporan data pelayanan kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas. SIMPUSTRONIK membutuhkan dukungan dari perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, operator, serta jaringan komunikasi yang saling terhubung satu sama lain dalam rangka menunjang kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. SIMPUSTRONIK ditujukan untuk menggantikan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) yang masih belum berbasis IT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi SIMPUSTRONIK telah berjalan dengan baik karena telah memperhatikan aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan strukur birokrasi. (2) Faktor pendukung yang meliputi: kejelasan komunikasi antar aktor dan sisten anggaran yang mandiri, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi: ketidaksesuaian tenaga kerja dengan bidangnya dan landasan hukum yang masih lemah. Rekomendasi penting yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah perlu memperketat seleksi penerimaan pegawai agar lebih sesuai dengan bidang yang akan diemban, memperjelas landasan hukum khususnya dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan SIMPUSTRONIK, perlunya mempersiapkan perencanaan anggaran guna memajukan infrastruktur, sarana, dan prasarana penunjang SIMPUSTRONIK untuk kedepannya.
