Abstract

ABTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik, stress, danmotivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan restoran DS Bistro, Surabaya.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 48 responden karyawan restoran DS Bistro,Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh negatif dansignifikan antara konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadapkepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of conflict, stress, and motivationon job satisfaction of DS Bistro restaurant employees, Surabaya. This researchwas conducted on 48 respondents of DS Bistro restaurant employees, Surabaya.The results of the study show that, there is a negative and significant influencebetween work conflict and work stress on employee job satisfaction. While thereis a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee jobsatisfaction.Keywords: Work Conflict, Work Stress, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction.
