Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta gaya kepemimpinan manakah yang lebih dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 orang karyawan restoran Madame Chang Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Teknik analsis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan restoran Madame Chang Surabaya.The purpose of this study was to know the partial and simultaneous influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles toward job performance and which styles of leadership had more dominant effect toward job performance. The study involved 50 employees of Madame Chang Restaurant Surabaya. The type of research was quantitative causal. The data analysis used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership style had a positive and significant impact on job performance whereas transactional leadership style did not give a significant effect on job performance at Madame Chang Restaurant Surabaya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Various challenges occur in the era of globalisation with advances in technology and information, so it is necessary to develop IPAS learning media that can improve students' critical thinking skills. Realistic and conceptual IPAS learning media will make it easier for students to understand the subject matter. This research aims to explore literature studies related to the use of Articulate Storyline learning media on students' critical thinking skills in IPAS subjects in elementary schools. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This research collected data by collecting 20 accredited national and international journal articles on the utilisation of articulate storyline learning media from 2020 to 2024. These articles were obtained from Google Scholar, Research Gate, SINTA, and DOAJ. This research shows that Articulate Storyline 3 learning media can improve students' critical thinking skills.
